Abstract

Pesisir Kabupaten Cianjur merupakan salah satu wilayah yang memiliki potensi bencana tsunami yang tinggi. Ini disebabkan adanya Megathrust yang dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya gempa bumi karena adanya akumulasi energi di zona penunjaman lempeng. Berdasarkan data BMKG, Pesisir Cianjur belum pernah mengalami bencana tsunami, tetapi potensinya masih sangat besar. Tujuan penelitian ini melihat sebaran zona bahaya tsunami serta inundasi dan menentukan shelter serta jalur evakuasi tercepat. Tujuan lainnya memvisualkan hasil pemodelan tersebut ke dalam WebGIS agar bisa diakses dan dimanfaatkan oleh publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Sistem Informasi Gegorafi (SIG). Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebaran zona bahaya di 3 kecamatan terdampak dengan 4 klasifikasi dengan zona paling luas berupa zona aman seluas 564,51 km2, disusul zona bahaya tinggi seluas 40,94 km2, zona bahaya sedang 35,20 km2, dan zona bahaya rendah 11,23 km2. Sebaran zona bahaya tinggi paling banyak berada di Kecamatan Agrabinta dengan luas 15,63 km2. Desa terdampak paling luas adalah Desa Mekarsari, Desa Sukapura, dan Desa Tanjungsari. Hasil inundasi tsunami dibagi menjadi 4 ketiggian, yakni 5 meter, 10 meter, 15 meter, dan 20 meter. Untuk proses evakuasi, terdapat 59 shelter yang dapat digunakan dengan 87 jalur evakuasi dari 77 titik bahaya menuju lokasi shelter. Semua pemodelan tersebut kemudian dimuat dalam WebGIS yang dibuat dengan 4 halaman berupa halaman home, parameter, mitigasi, dan halaman peta. Berdasarkan itu direkomendasikan bisa menambahkan aspek kerentanan dan kapasitas sehingga kajian yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih komprehensif. The coastal area of Cianjur Regency is one of the areas that has a high potential for tsunami disasters. This is due to the presence of the Megathrust which can cause earthquakes due to the accumulation of energy in the plate subduction zone. Based on BMKG data, the Cianjur Coast has never experienced a tsunami disaster, but the potential is still very large. The purpose of this research is to see the distribution of tsunami hazard zones and inundation and determine the shelter and fastest evacuation route. Another goal is to visualize the modeling results into a WebGIS so that they can be accessed and utilized by the public. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with Gegoraphic Information System (GIS) analysis techniques. This research resulted in the distribution of hazard zones in the 3 affected sub-districts with 4 classifications with the most extensive zone being a safe zone of 564.51 km2, followed by a high hazard zone of 40.94 km2, a medium hazard zone of 35.20 km2, and a low hazard zone of 11.23 km2. The distribution of high hazard zones is mostly in Agrabinta Sub-district with an area of 15.63 km2. The most affected villages are Mekarsari Village, Sukapura Village, and Tanjungsari Village. The tsunami inundation results are divided into 4 heights, namely 5 meters, 10 meters, 15 meters, and 20 meters. For the evacuation process, there are 59 shelters that can be used with 87 evacuation routes from 77 danger points to the shelter location. All modeling is then loaded into a WebGIS made with 4 pages in the form of home pages, parameters, mitigation, and map pages. It is recommended that vulnerability and capacity aspects be added to make the study more comprehensive.
