Abstract
Kecamatan Cililin merupakan daerah di Kabupaten Bandung Barat memiliki 98.980 jiwa (2022). Kebutuhan air bersih dilayani oleh Perumda Air Minum Tirta Raharja. Pada 2022, pertumbuhan pelanggan mencapai 4,31%, lebih tinggi dari pertumbuhan penduduk 2,97%. Hal ini meningkatkan kebutuhan air bersih. Penelitian ini menganalisis cakupan pelayanan dan proyeksi kebutuhan air bersih serta analisis pada jaringan distribusi air bersih setiap lima tahun untuk 2027, 2032, dan 2037. Hasilnya, cakupan layanan Perumda per lima tahun adalah 12.93%, 13.19%, dan 13.30%, jauh di bawah target RISPAM untuk Kabupaten Bandung dan Bandung Barat sebesar 60%, 70%, dan 80%. Kebutuhan air bersih berdasarkan data pelangggan Perumda Tirta Raharja di Kecamatan Cililin untuk tahun tinjauan adalah 23.7 liter/detik, 26.7 liter/detik, dan 29.8 liter/detik. Nilai kebutuhan tersebut masih berada di bawah kapasitas air baku yang tersedia, yaitu sebesar 30 liter/detik. Analisis jaringan distribusi air bersih menggunakan EPANET 2.2 pada kondisi jam puncak menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2027, 20.13% pipa tidak memenuhi syarat kecepatan minimum dan 0,68% tidak memenuhi syarat kecepatan maksimum. Pada tahun 2032, 16,18% pipa tidak memenuhi syarat kecepatan minimum dan 33.99% node tidak memenuhi syarat tekanan minimum. Pada tahun 2037, 14.29% pipa tidak memenuhi syarat kecepatan minimum dan 68.63% node tidak memenuhi syarat tekanan minimum. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk memastikan jaringan distribusi air bersih di Kecamatan Cililin memenuhi standar kecepatan dan tekanan melibatkan perubahan diameter pipa dan pompa pada jaringan distribusi dan transmisi. Cililin sub-district is an area in West Bandung Regency with 98,980 inhabitants (2022). Clean water needs are served by Perumda Air Minum Tirta Raharja. In 2022, customer growth reached 4.31%, higher than population growth of 2.97%. This increases the demand for clean water. This study analyzes service coverage and projected water demand as well as analysis on the water distribution network every five years for 2027, 2032, and 2037. As a result, Perumda's five-year service coverage is 12.93%, 13.19%, and 13.30%, far below the RISPAM targets for Bandung and West Bandung districts of 60%, 70%, and 80%, respectively. The water demand based on the customer data of Perumda Tirta Raharja in Cililin Sub-district for the review year is 23.7 liters/second, 26.7 liters/second, and 27.63 liters/second. The demand value is still below the available raw water capacity, which is 29.8 liters/second. Analysis of the clean water distribution network using EPANET 2.2 under peak hour conditions showed that in 2027, 20.13% of the pipes did not meet the minimum speed requirements and 0.68% did not meet the maximum speed requirements. In 2032, 16.18% of the pipes did not meet the minimum speed requirements and 33.99% of the nodes did not meet the minimum pressure requirements. In 2037, 14.29 % of pipes did not meet the minimum velocity requirement and 68.63% of nodes did not meet the minimum pressure requirement. An evaluation was conducted to ensure that the clean water distribution network in Cililin Sub-district meets the speed and pressure standards involving changes in pipe diameter and pumps in the distribution and transmission networks.
