Abstract
Pengukuran psikologis populer digunakan sebagai alat atau tes yang memberikan informasi mengenai berbagai variabel psikologis yang dibutuhkan oleh Konselor maupun guru BK. Salah satu alat tes tersebut adalah Intellegenz Struktur Test (IST). IST sebagai pengukuran psikologis digunakan sebagai asesmen dalam bentuk tes yang digunakan Konselor maupun guru BK untuk mengetahui informasi mengenai konseli maupun peserta didik. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ulang fungsi dari IST sebagai alat ukur inteligensi individu. Dalam penelitian ini diuji properti psikometri sub tes IST yang mengukur kemampuan pemahaman verbal individu, yaitu Satzergänzung (SE). Karena IST yang digunakan di Indonesia belum pernah dilakukan revisi maka perlu untuk memperbaharui validitas, reliabilitas dan norma dari IST. Data penelitian ini bersumber dari peserta yang telah melakukan tes dalam waktu lima tahun terakhir, sebanyak 22.654 data peserta telah terkumpul dari jenjang SMP, SMA dan Perguruan Tinggi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode studi dokumentasi bekerja sama dengan Laboratorium Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (Lab BK UPI). Hasil analisis berdasarkan teori klasik menghasilkan tingkat kesukaran, daya beda dari butir soal dan tingkat distraktor dari setiap pilihan jawaban soal. Teori modern menghasilkan tingkat kesukaran yang ditunjukkan dengan tabel item measure dan tingkat kesesuaian butir soal. Kemudian temuan berupa validitas dan reliabilitas sub tes SE IST dengan menggunakan teori klasik dan modern. Dan terakhir adalah norma terbarukan dari subtes SE IST yang dibuat berdasarkan usia dan disajikan dengan menggunakan norma persentil. Popular psychological measurements are used as tools or tests that provide information on various psychological variables needed by Counselors and BK teachers. One of these test tools is the Intellegenz Struktur Test (IST). IST as a psychological measurement is used as an assessment in the form of a test used by Counselors and BK teachers to find out information about clients and students. This study aims to review the function of IST as a measuring tool for individual intelligence. In this study, the psychometric properties of the IST subtest that measures the individual's verbal comprehension ability were tested, namely Satzergänzung (SE). Because the IST used in Indonesia has never been revised, it is necessary to update the validity, reliability and norms of the IST. The data for this study came from participants who had taken the test in the last five years, as many as 22,654 participant data have been collected from junior high school, high school and college levels. The research method uses the documentation study method in collaboration with the Guidance and Counseling Laboratory of the Indonesian Education University (Lab BK UPI). The results of the analysis based on classical theory produce the level of difficulty, the discrimination power of the test items and the level of distractors of each answer choice. Modern theory produces the level of difficulty indicated by the item measure table and the level of suitability of the test items. Then the findings in the form of validity and reliability of the SE IST subtest using classical and modern theories. And finally, the updated norms of the SE IST subtest are made based on age and presented using percentile norms.
