Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Balai Besar Guru Penggerak Provinsi Jawa Barat”. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Balai Besar Guru Penggerak Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode statistik deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket tertutup yang disebar kepada 73 orang pegawai aparatur sipil negara sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil perhitungan Weight Mean Score (WMS), menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi termasuk pada kategori sangat baik dengan nilai rata-rata 4,76 dan kinerja pegawai termasuk pada kategori sangat baik dengan nilai rata-rata 4,63. Hasil uji normalitas terhadap distribusi data menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y berdistribusi normal dan hasil uji linieritas terhadap distribusi data menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y memiliki hubungan yang linier, selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan statistik parametrik. Analisis korelasi menggunakan Pearson Product Moment, diperoleh koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y sebesar 0,734 yaitu menunjukkan bahwa korelasi kedua variabel berada pada tingkat hubungan yang positif dan kuat. Sementara itu, hasil uji signifikansi dengan uji-t jika dibandingkan yaitu (9.115) > (1.667) artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Selanjutnya, hasil uji koefisien determinasi yaitu bahwa variabel X memberikan kontribusi terhadap variabel Y sebesar 53,9% dan sisanya 46,1% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan Y = 13,172 + 0,733X. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Besar Guru Penggerak Provinsi Jawa Barat. This research is entitled "The Influence of Organizational Culture on the Performance of Employees at the West Java Provincial Center for Teacher Mobilization". In general, this research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Center for Teacher Mobilization in West Java Province. The method used in this research is a descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used closed questionnaires distributed to 73 state civil servant employees as research samples. The results of the Weight Mean Score (WMS) calculation show that organizational culture is included in the very good category with an average value of 4.76 and employee performance is included in the very good category with an average value of 4.63. The results of the normality test on the data distribution show that variable X and variable Y are normally distributed and the results of the linearity test on the data distribution show that variable Correlation analysis using Pearson Product Moment, obtained a correlation coefficient between variable X and variable Y of 0.734, which shows that the correlation between the two variables is at a positive and strong relationship level. Meanwhile, the results of the significance test with the t-test when compared are (9.115) > (1.667) meaning that there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination test are that variable 9% and the remaining 46.1% is influenced by other factors. The results of the regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 13.172 + 0.733X. The conclusion of this research is that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on the performance of employees at the Center for Teacher Mobilization in West Java Province.
