Abstract
Kota Semarang sering dilanda banjir,baik banjir harian akibat rob ataupun banjir sungai yang datang tiap musim hujan. Akibatnya, beberapa kecamatan di Kota Semarang terutama daerah pesisir seperti Tambakrejo sering tergenang , ini menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi pemerintah dan masyarakat. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka akan dianalisis pengendalian banjir pada sungai disekitar lokasi Penelitian dengan cara melakukan analisis hidrologi, analisis hidrolika dan perencanaan bangunan banjir.Analisis Hidrologi berupa perhitungan curah hujan wilayah,curah hujan rencana beserta dengan berbagai pengujian terhadap curah hujan rencana dan dilakukan perhitungan debit banjir dengan bantuan perangkat lunak HEC-HMS 4.11.Analisa Hidrolika berupa pengolahan data pasang surut yang kemudian dilakukan simulasi dengan program bantu HEC-RAS untuk mengetahui Kapasitas sungai Banjir Kanal Timur. Data yang dibutuhkan untuk simulasi HEC-RAS antara lain data debit Banjir rencana 100 tahunan, data pasang surut, dan data geometri Sungai Banjir Kanal Timur. Setelah diketahui Kapasitas sungai Banjir Kanal Timur, maka langkah selanjutnya merencanakan bangunan Pengendali Banjir.Dari hasil simulasi diketahui bahwa Sungai Banjir Kanal Timur terjadi luapan di sekitar Desa Tambak Rejo. Dengan berbagai pertimbangan dibuatlah bangunan pengendali banjir yang berupa tanggul yang terbuat dari pasangan batu kali dengan tinggi tanggul 2,23 meter.setelah dilakukan simulasi secara hidrolis tidak tejadi luapan banjir. Kata kunci : Pengendalian banjir , Banjir rob,genangan The city of Semarang is often hit by floods, both daily floods due to tidal waves or river floods that come every rainy season. As a result, several sub-districts in Semarang City, especially coastal areas such as Tambakrejo, are often inundated, this is one of the problems faced by the government and society. Based on these problems, flood control in rivers around the research location will be analyzed by carrying out hydrological analysis, hydraulic analysis and flood building planning. Hydrological analysis takes the form of calculating regional rainfall, planned rainfall along with various tests on planned rainfall and calculating flood discharge. with the help of HEC-HMS 4.11 software. Hydraulic analysis in the form of tidal data processing which is then carried out by simulation with the HEC-RAS auxiliary program to determine the capacity of the East Canal Flood river. The data required for the HEC-RAS simulation includes 100-year planned flood discharge data, tidal data, and East Canal Flood River geometry data. Once the capacity of the East Flood Canal river is known, the next step is to plan the flood control building. From the simulation results, it is known that the East Kanal Flood River overflowed around Tambak Rejo Village. With various considerations, a flood control building was created in the form of an embankment made of river stone with a embankment height of 2.23 meters. Keyword : Flood control, rob flood,puddle
