    Abstract

    Studi tentang keanekaragaman dan kelimpahan makrozoobentos telah dilakukan di aliran Sungai Cigunung, Situ Gunung, Sukabumi pada bulan Februari 2014 yang mewakili musim hujan sampai bulan Juni 2014 yang mewakili musim kemarau. Terdapat 5 stasiun yang ditetapkan secara purposive. Pada setiap stasiun, sampel diambil dengan Surber Net dengan ukuran 25 x 30 cm dengan 3 sampling unit yang ditetapkan secara sistematik. Ditemukan sebanyak 13 jenis makrozoobentos. Indeks keanekaragaman Shannon-Wiener pada musim hujan (1,93) dan pada musim kemarau (1,83) termasuk dalam kriteria sedang. Kelimpahan makrozoobentos pada musim hujan berjumlah 1101 individu/m2 sedangkan pada musim kemarau berjumlah 1033 individu/m2. Berdasarkan uji regresi linear didapatkan hasil faktor abiotik yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keanekaragaman adalah DO (21,3%), sedangkan faktor abiotik yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kelimpahan adalah kecepatan arus (53,5%), adapun tingkat pencemaran dengan indeks pencemaran termasuk dalam kriteria tercemar ringan (2,0-1,0). Dilihat dari hasil pengukuran faktor fisik dan kimiawi perairan, nilai-nilai yang diperlihatkan masih dalam standar baku mutu yang layak untuk dijadikan tempat hidup bagi biota perairan, terutama bagi makrozoobentos.

    Study about the diversity and abundance of Makrozoobenthos conducted in the Cigunung’s river flow, Situ gunung, Sukabumi, in February 2014 representing the rainy season until june 2014 representing dry season. There are five stations set purposively. In every station, the sample taken by Surber Net with size 25x30 cm. 3 samples unit defined systematically. Found about 13 species of makrozoobentos. The diversity index of Shannon-Wiener in the rainy season (1.93) and in the dry season (1.83) are included in the middle criteria. Amount of the abundance of Mikrozoobenthos in rainy season is 1101 individual/m2 while in the dry season 1033 individu/m2. Based on Linear Regresion test, obtained the result of abiotic factor that give the highest contribution toward diversity is DO (21,3%), whereas the abiotic factor that give highest contribution toward abundance is current speed (53,5%). The level of pollution with pollution index included in medium polluted criteria. The measuring results of physical dan chemical factors of waters show that the Cigunung’s river flow is a suiatable habitat for aquatic organism, especially for macrozoobenthos.
