Abstract
Permasalahan penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh belum maksimalnya penggunaan teknologi dalam penilaian praktik peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan digital assessment Perawatan dan Pelayanan Lansia pada Kompetensi Keahlian Social Worker. Penelitian ini menggunakan mix method dengan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dan model PPE (Planning, Production, and Evaluation). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan uji validasi melalui expert judgement dengan ahli materi dan ahli penilaian. Hasil expert judgement dari ahli materi dan ahli penilaian menunjukkan bahwa digital assessment dinyatakan sangat layak untuk digunakan menilai praktik pada Perawatan dan Pelayanan Lansia. Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh melalui analisis, rancangan, dan hasil validasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan dan respon pengguna yang mencakup aspek learnability (kemudahan mempelajari), aspek memorability (kemudahan mengingat), aspek errors (menghindari kesalahan), aspek efficiency (Efisien dan kepraktisan), dan aspek satisfaction (kepuasaan) diperoleh hasil bahwa digital assessment dapat memudahkan guru dalam menilai praktik peserta didik. Rekomendasi untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengimplementasikan dan menguji efektivitas dari digital assessment yang telah dibuat. Kata Kunci: Digital Assessment, Perawatan dan Pelayanan Lansia, SMK, Social Worker The problem of this research is motivated by the inadequate use of technology in assessing student practice. The aim of this research is to develop a digital assessment of Elderly Care and Services on Social Worker Skill Competencies. This research uses a mix method with a Research and Development (R&D) approach and a PPE (Planning, Production, and Evaluation) model. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and validation tests through expert judgment with material experts and assessment experts. The results of expert judgment from material experts and assessment experts show that digital assessment is declared very suitable for use in assessing practices in Elderly Care and Services. Data processing results are obtained through analysis, design and validation results. Based on the results of the needs analysis and user responses which include the learnability aspect (ease of learning), the memorability aspect (ease of remembering), the error aspect (avoiding mistakes), the efficiency aspect (efficiency and practicality), and the satisfaction aspect (satisfaction), the results obtained are that digital assessment can makes it easier for teachers to assess student practice. Recommendations for future researchers can implement and test the effectiveness of the digital assessment that has been created.
