Abstract
Kondisi fisik merupakan salah satu elemen kunci yang mempengaruhi seberapa baik performa atlet dalam permainannya dan setiap cabang olahraga tentunya memiliki tuntutan spesifik yang berbeda-beda. Sampai saat ini, belum ada yang meneliti tentang kondisi fisik atlet bola basket 3x3 di Indonesia, khususnya mengenai standar kemampuan kondisi fisik atlet bola basket 3x3. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi fisik atlet bola basket 3x3 Tim Pelatda PON XXI Aceh Sumut 2024 Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang melibatkan 8 atlet bola basket 3x3 Tim Pelatda PON XXI Aceh Sumut 2024 Jawa Barat, yang diukur dengan menggunakan 11 item tes kondisi fisik yaitu, sit and reach, trunk and neck, standing stork, side step, whole body reaction, hurdle jump, push up, core stability 12 lv, vertical jump, two hand medical ball put, dan bleep test. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi fisik atlet bola basket 3x3 dari sebelas item tes terdapat enam item tes kondisi fisik yang termasuk dalam kategori baik sekali, dua item kondisi fisik yang termasuk dalam kategori baik, satu item kondisi fisik yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup, dan dua item kondisi fisik yang termasuk dalam kategori kurang. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan kondisi fisik atlet bola basket 3x3 Tim Pelatda PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024 Jawa Barat termasuk dalam kategori baik. Peneliti berharap ada penelitian lanjutan mengenai penelitian yang lebih spesifik pada satu item kondisi fisik saja. Physical condition is one of the key elements that affects how well athletes perform in their games and each sport certainly has different specific demands. To date, no one has examined the physical condition of 3x3 basketball athletes in Indonesia, especially regarding the standard physical condition abilities of 3x3 basketball athletes. Therefore, this study aims to describe the physical condition of 3x3 basketball athletes from the West Java PON XXI Aceh North Sumatra 2024 Pelatda Team. The method used by researchers is descriptive quantitative involving 8 3x3 basketball athletes of the Pelatda PON XXI Aceh North Sumatra 2024 West Java Team, which are measured using 11 physical condition test items, namely, sit and reach, trunk and neck, standing stork, side step, whole-body reaction, hurdle jump, push up, core stability 12 lv, vertical jump, two hand medical ball put, and bleep test. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical tests. The results showed that the physical condition of 3x3 basketball athletes from eleven test items there were six physical condition test items included in the excellent category, two physical condition items included in the good category, one physical condition item included in the average sufficient category, and two physical condition items included in the below average category. Therefore, the researchers concluded that the average physical condition ability of 3x3 basketball athletes from the West Java PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024 Pelatda Team was in the good category. Researchers hope that there will be further research on research that is more specific to one physical condition item only.
