Abstract
The presence of an industry will affect the socio-economic conditions of communities around industrial sites. Squeeze lemon syrup industry is located in the Ciawigebang Village, where the industry is engaged in the food industry, namely lime squeeze. Squeeze lemon syrup industry is still relatively small industry types where its presence can be monitored from raw materials, labor, marketing, and capital employed. This study aimed to assess the effect of the presence of lime syrup industry squeezed against the socio-economic conditions of the people in the Ciawigebang Village The method used in this research is descriptive research method via a survey. The study population was squeezed lemon syrup industry, the entire village and the residents in the Ciawigebang Village. The sample in this study are all penusaha numbering three businessman industry, and the entire workforce amounted to 51 people with these corporations which Ciawigebang Village. Samples taken in the sample population saturated all population as respondents. Data collection techniques such as questionnaires and study documentation. Data analysis using regression analysis. The results showed that the presence of squeezed lemon syrup industry has been good enough that the raw material used is sufficient and readily available, in the employment industry can absorb 12 to 18 workers from surrounding communities, marketing dlakukan good enough where marketing is done through agents with marketing reach to happen outside the provincial capital employed has also been relatively large at Rp. 10,000,000 with the origin of the entrepreneur or loan capital of the bank. Socio-economic conditions are good enough masyarakatpun seen of income, education, and employers helath and labor. The influence of the presence of industry on the socioeconomic conditions of society which is equal to 14.91%. Thus the existence of squeezed lemon syrup industry has a role in the socio-economic condition of the Ciawigebang Villagers It is recommended that lime syrup industry can squeeze more influence on the socio-economic conditions of the people especially the industrial workforce. Keberadaan suatu industri akan berpengaruh terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat sekitar lokasi industri. Industri sirup jeruk nipis peras berlokasi di Desa Ciawigebang Kecamatan Ciawigebang Kabupaten Kuningan, dimana industri ini merupakan industri yang bergerak dibidang pangan, yakni jeruk nipis peras. Industri sirup jeruk nipis peras masih tergolong jenis industri kecil dimana keberadaanya dapat dipantau dari bahan mentah, tenaga kerja, pemasaran, dan modal yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang pengaruh keberadaan industri sirup jeruk nipis peras terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Ciawigebang Kecamatan Ciawigebang Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif melalui survey. Populasi penelitian adalah Industri sirup jeruk nipis peras, seluruh Desa dan penduduk di Desa Ciawigebang. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh penusaha industri yang berjumlah tiga pengusaha, dan seluruh tenaga kerja yang berjumlah 51 orang dengan lokasi perusahaan tersebut yakni Desa Ciawigebang. Sampel penduduk diambil secara sampel jenuh dimanaseluruh populasi dijadikan responden. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keberadaan Industri sirup jeruk nipis peras sudah cukup baik dimana bahan mentah yang digunakan sudah cukup dan mudah didapatkan, dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja industri dapat menyerap 12 hingga 18 tenaga kerja dari masyarakat sekitar, pemasaran yang dlakukan sudah cukup baik dimana pemasaran dilakukan melalui agen dengan jangkauan pemasaran hingga uar provinsi, modal yang digunakan juga sudah tergolong besar yakni Rp. 10.000.000 dengan asal modal dari pengusaha atau pinjaman dari bank. Kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakatpun sudah cukup baik dilihat dari pendapatan, pendidikan, dan kesahatan pengusaha dan tenaga kerja. Pengaruh keberadaan industri terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat yakni sebesar 14,91%. Dengan demikian keberadaan Industri sirup jeruk nipis peras memiliki peranan terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat Desa Ciawigebang Kecamatan Ciawigebang Kabupaten Kuningan. Direkomendasikan agar Industri sirup jeruk nipis peras dapat lebih memberikan pengaruh terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat khususnya tenaga kerja industri tersebut.
