Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah tentang bagaimana kinerja karyawan PT XYZ Wilayah Bandung. Kinerja karyawan memiliki peran krusial dalam konteks organisasi karena berdampak langsung pada pencapaian tujuan perusahaan dan efektivitas operasional secara keseluruhan. Karyawan yang menunjukkan kinerja tinggi dapat mendorong peningkatan produktivitas, efisiensi, dan daya saing perusahaan, berkontribusi pada kesuksesan jangka panjang dan pertumbuhan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran Manajemen Karir, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan di PT XYZ Wilayah Bandung serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh Manajemen Karir terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, pengaruh Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, serta pengaruh Manajemen Karir dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT XYZ Wilayah Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan populasi sebanyak 200 karyawan PT XYZ Wilayah Bandung dan sampel berjumlah 74 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F dan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen karir dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial, manajemen karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. The focus of this research is on employee performance at PT XYZ Bandung Region. Employee performance plays a crucial role within an organization as it directly impacts the achievement of company goals and overall operational effectiveness. Employees who demonstrate high performance can drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness, contributing to the long-term success and growth of the company. The objectives of this study are to assess the current state of Career Management, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance at PT XYZ Bandung Region, and to examine the effects of Career Management on Employee Performance, the impact of Work Discipline on Employee Performance, and the combined influence of Career Management and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT XYZ Bandung Region. The research employs both descriptive and verificative methods, with a population of 200 employees at PT XYZ Bandung Region and a sample size of 74 employees. The analysis techniques used include Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing is conducted using F-Test and t-Test. The result of this sudy can be seen that Career Management and Work Discipline together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. partially, career management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
