Abstract

Sungai Ciputat merupakan salah satu anak Citarum dengan bagian hulu sungai berada di wilayah Kecamatan Baleendah dan bermuara di Sungai Citarum. Pada sebagian area Sungai Ciputat sudah mulai beralih fungsi menjadi kawasan pemukiman sehingga apabila hujan besar melanda Kawasan Bandung Raya dapat menyebabkan Sungai Ciputat meluap dan menerjang sejumlah permukiman penduduk yang berada disekitarnya. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian mengenai kolam retensi untuk mereduksi banjir didaerah tersebut. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis yang dilakukan yaitu perhitungan-perhitungan debit banjir menggunakan data hujan Q100 kemudian dilakukan pemodelan kolam retensi menggunakan software HEC-RAS 6.0. dengan kondisi eksisting terdapat beberapa titik banjir di sekitar sungai Andir yang terjadi di pemukiman seluas 700 m2 dengan kedalaman rata-rata 0,95 m, kemudian dari hasil pemodelan yang dibangun kolam Retensi tersebut didapat Kolam Retensi Andir dapat mereduksi banjir yang terjadi di sekitar Sungai Ciputat. The Ciputat River is a tributary of the Citarum with the upstream part of the river being in the Baleendah District area and empties into the Citarum River. In some areas the Ciputat River has started to change its function to become a residential area so that if heavy rain hits the Greater Bandung area it could cause the Ciputat River to overflow and hit a number of residential areas around it. Therefore, research was carried out on retention ponds to reduce flooding in this area. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The analysis carried out was flood discharge calculations using Q100 rain data, then retention pond modeling was carried out using HEC-RAS 6.0 software. With the existing conditions there are several flood points around the Andir River which occur in settlements covering an area of 700 m2 with an average depth of 0.95 m. Then, from the modeling results of the Retention Pool built, it was found that the Andir Retention Pool can reduce flooding that occurs around the Ciputat River. .
