Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran produk wisata (X), kepuasan wisatawan (Y) dan minat berkunjung kembali (Z) di Wahoo Waterworld, serta untuk menganalisis pengaruh produk wisata terhadap minat berkunjung kembali melalui kepuasan wisatawan. Penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Populasi penelitian ini ialah para pengunjung yang pernah mengunjungi Wahoo Waterworld sampai bulan Juni 2024. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 151 responden. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner disebarkan secara online kepada responden melalui sosial media. Data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner, diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Secara statistik produk wisata, kepuasan wisatwan, dan minat berkunjung kembali menunjukkan kategori sangat tinggi; 2) Produk wisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan; 3) produk wista berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali; 4) Kepuasan wisatwan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali; 5) Pengaruh produk wisata terhadap minat berkunjung kembali melalui kepuasan wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Berdasarkan pada hasil penelitian ini peningkatan produk wisata perlu dilakukan untuk memperoleh kepuasan wisatawan dan minat berkunjung kembali. Kata Kunci: Wahoo Waterworld, Produk Wisata, Kepuasan Wisatawan, Minat Berkunjung Kembali The aim of this research is to describe the description of tourism products (X), tourist satisfaction (Y) and interest in returning to visit (Z) at Wahoo Waterworld, as well as to analyze the influence of tourism products on interest in returning to visit through tourist satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach with path analysis. The population of this research is visitors who have visited Wahoo Waterworld until June 2024. The sample taken was 151 respondents. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire was distributed online to respondents via social media. Data obtained from the questionnaire was processed using IBM SPSS version 27. The research results showed: 1) Statistically, tourism products, tourist satisfaction and interest in returning to visit showed a very high category; 2) Tourism products have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction;3) tourist products have a positive and significant effect on interest in returning to visit; 4) Tourist satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on interest in returning to visit; 5) The influence of tourism products on interest in returning to visit through tourist satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. Based on the results of this research, improvements in tourism products need to be carried out to obtain tourist satisfaction and Interest in visiting again..
