Abstract
Pembelajaran bagi anak dengan hambatan intelektual dalam melatih kemandirian toilet training memerlukan teknik tersendiri dan perlu memperhatikan faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan program tersebut. Terbatasnya pembelajaran tatap muka bersama guru di sekolah memerlukan kolaborasi yang aktif dan positif antara guru dan keluarga untuk mensukseskan dan menyelaraskan program toilet training. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan model kolaborasi berbasis keluarga dalam memaksimalkan peran guru dan keterlibatan orang tua untuk meningkatkan kemandirian toilet training hambatan intelektual sedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan desain ADDIE. Data penelitian diperoleh dari tiga guru dan lima keluarga yang memiliki anak dengan hambatan intelektual sedang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, serta analisis dalam kondisi dan antar kondisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) adanya perubahan guru pada aspek keterampilan dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian pembelajaran yang akomodatif terhadap kebutuhan siswa; (2) adanya sikap penerimaan orang tua berupa kesadaran terhadap pentingnya melatih kemandirian toilet training sejak dini, (3) adanya intervention skill yang dimiliki orang tua berupa kemampuan dalam penerapan pemecahan masalah yang direkomendasikan oleh guru; (4) adanya perubahan positif pada pola kolaborasi, yaitu orang tua turut terlibat aktif dalam membangun lingkungan yang suportif ketika pembelajaran di rumah dan mampu guru berperan sebagai pengamat; dan (5) adanya peningkatan kemandirian toilet training anak dengan hambatan intelektual sedang setelah diberikan intervensi melalui keterlaksanaan model kolaborasi berbasis keluarga.;---Learning for children with moderate intellectual disabilities in the toilet training program requires its own techniques and needs to pay attention to factors that support the success of the program. Limited face-to-face learning with teachers in schools requires active and positive collaboration between teachers and families to make the toilet training program successful and harmonious. This research aims to develop a family-based collaboration model in maximizing the role of teachers and parental involvement to increase toilet training independence for children with moderate intellectual disabilities.This research uses Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE design. Research data was obtained from three teachers and five families who had children with moderate intellectual disabilities. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and analysis within condition and between condition. The results of the research show that (1) the ability of teachers to change aspects of skills in planning, implementing and assessing learning is accommodating to student needs; (2) there is an attitude of acceptance by parents in the form of awareness of the importance of practicing independent toilet training from an early age, (3) there is intervention skills possessed by parents in the form of the ability to apply problem solving recommended by the teacher; (4) there are positive changes in collaboration patterns, namely parents are actively involved in building a supportive environment when learning at home and teachers are able to act as observers; and (5) there is an increase in toilet training independence for children with moderate intellectual disabilities after being given intervention through the implementation of a family-based collaboration model
