Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengkaji kinerja karyawan di PT. Bogor Ekspres Media. Kemajuan sebuah perusahaan tidak akan luput dari dedikasi karyawan dan kinerja karyawan memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Saat ini faktor yang sedang diteliti mengenai workload dan work life balance dalam bekerja. Tujuan adanya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran workload, work life balance dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bogor Ekspres Media. Dalam penelitian ini hubungan antara workload dan work life balance terhadap kinerja dijelaskan melalui teori JD-R. Selain itu juga ingin mengatahui pengaruh workload dan work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bogor Ekspres Media Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode penelitian yang akan digunakan melibatkan metode deskritif dan verifikatif dengan desain penelitian menggunakan desain kausalitas. Sumber dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yaitu penelitian lapangan dan data sekunder melalui literature review. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 54 karyawan PT. Bogor Ekspres Media dengan semua anggota populasi digunakan untuk dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi linier berganda dan dilanjut dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F dan Uji-t Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa workload dan work life balance secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara parsial, workload tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan work life balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan This research focuses on examining employee performance at PT. Bogor Express Media. The progress of a company cannot be separated from employee dedication and employee performance has an important role in achieving company goals. Currently, the factors being researched are workload and work life balance at work. The purpose of this research is to determine the description of workload, work life balance and employee performance at PT. Bogor Express Media. In this research, the relationship between workload and work life balance with performance is explained through the JD-R theory. Apart from that, we also want to know the influence of workload and work-life balance on the performance of PT employees. Bogor Express Media This research uses a quantitative approach and the research method that will be used involves descriptive and verification methods with a research design using a causality design. Sources and data collection techniques use primary data, namely field research and secondary data through literature reviews. This research sample consisted of 54 employees of PT. Bogor Ekspres Media with all members of the population were used as samples. The analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression analysis, followed by hypothesis testing using the F-test and t-test. The results of this research indicate that workload and work-life balance simultaneously and significantly influence employee performance. Meanwhile, partially, workload does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while work life balance has a significant effect on employee performance
