    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan quality of work life terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum (Perumda) Tirta Bumi Wibawa Kota Sukabumi. Budaya organisasi yang kuat dan kualitas hidup kerja yang baik dianggap sebagai faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran budaya organisasi, quality of work life, dan kinerja karyawan di Perumdam Tirta Bumi Wibawa Kota Sukabumi dan juga mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, quality of work life terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta pengaruh budaya organisasi dan quality of work life terhadap kinerja karyawan di Perumdam Tirta Bumi Wibawa Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan sampel sebanyak 57 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisiensi korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F dan Uji-t. hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik budaya organisasi maupun quality of work life secara simultan memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara individual, budaya organisasi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, demikian pula dengan quality of work life. Namun, terdapat variabel lain yang juga turut mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di luar kedua faktor tersebut.

    This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture and quality of work life on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Bumi Wibawa Sukabumi City. Strong organizational culture and good quality of work life are considered important factors in improving employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of organizational culture, quality of work life, and employee performance at Perumdam Tirta Bumi Wibawa Sukabumi City and also to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance, quality of work life on employee performance, and the effect of organizational culture and quality of work life on employee performance at Perumdam Tirta Bumi Wibawa Sukabumi City. The research method used was descriptive and verification method with a sample of 57 employees. The analysis technique used was Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that both organizational culture and quality of work life simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Individually, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as well as quality of work life. However, there are other variables that also influence employee performance outside of these two factors.
