Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada Kinerja Karyawan Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Barat. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja, tetapi dalam penelitian ini hanya akan fokus pada Employee Engagement dan Work-Life Balance. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran Employee Engagement, Work-life Balance dan Kinerja Karyawan pada Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Barat serta bagaimana Employee Engagement dan Work-Llife Balance mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 215 karyawan Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan sampel berjumlah 68 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Selain itu, hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis Uji-t untuk memeriksa dampak secara parsial dan analisis Uji-F untuk mengevaluasi dampak secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Employee Engagement dan Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Jawa Barat. This research focuses on the employee performance of West Java Province Maritime and Fisheries Service. Many factors affect performance, but in this study will only focus on Employee Engagement and Work-life Balance. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of Employee Engagement, Work-life Balance and Employee Performance at West Java Province Maritime and Fisheries Service. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods with a total population of 215 employees of West Java Province Maritime and Fisheries Service with a sample of 68 employees. The data collection technique used is field research and literature study. In addition, the hypothesis is tested using t-test analysis to examine partial effects and F-test analysis to evaluate simultaneous effects. This result of this study indicate that employee engagement and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at West Java Province Maritime and Fisheries Service.
