Abstract
Fokus penelitian ini ada pada Employee Engagement di Sentral Bisnis Unit Laboratorium PT Sucofindo. Employee Engagement dapat diartikan sebagai keterlibatan karyawan atas komitmennya terhadap pekerjaan dan organisasi mereka. Sangat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi Employee Engagement, tetapi penelitian ini hanya akan membahas pada Kompensasi (X1) dan Kepuasan Kerja (X2). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Employee Engagement di Sentral Bisnis Unit Laboratorium PT Sucofindo, serta bagaimana Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja mempengaruhi Employee Engagement. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Penelitian melibatkan 83 responden dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin yang ditambah 10% dari jumlah sampel yang diperoleh. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi koefisien pearson, regresi linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji-F dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement serta secara bersamaan Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement. The focus of this research is on Employee Engagement at the Central Business Unit Laboratory of PT Sucofindo. Employee Engagement can be defined as the involvement of employees for their commitment to their work and organization. There are many factors that affect Employee Engagement, but this research will only discuss Compensation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2). The purpose of this study is to determine the description of Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement in the Central Business Unit of PT Sucofindo Laboratory, and how Compensation and Job Satisfaction affect Employee Engagement. The methods used in this research are descriptive and verification methods. The study involved 83 respondents with sample determination using the slovin formula plus 10% of the total sample obtained. Data analysis uses Pearson coefficient correlation technique, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with F-test and t-test. The results showed that Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement and simultaneously Compensation and Job Satisfaction proved to have a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement.
