Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus membahas mengenai tingkat turnover intention karyawan di PT Len Industri (Persero). Turnover intention merupakan salah satu isu yang selalu menjadi perhatian utama dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di Perusahaan karena berpotensi merugikan produktivitas dan stabilitas perusahaan. Terdapat banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat turnover intention, namun yang dibahas lebih dalam di penelitian ini adalah komitmen organisasional (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis gambaran tingkat komitmen organisasional, tingkat kepuasan kerja, dan tingkat turnover intention karyawan di PT Len Industri (Persero) dan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh tingkat komitmen organisasional terhadap tingkat turnover, bagaimana pengaruh tingkat kepuasan kerja terhadap tingkat turnover intention, serta bagaimana pengaruh tingkat komitmen organisasional dan tingkat kepuasan kerja terhadap tingkat turnover intention karyawan di PT Len Industri (Persero). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 420 karyawan tetap PT Len Industri (Persero) dengan sampel sebanyak 89 karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisiensi korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujan hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis Uji-t dan Uji-F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Secara parsial, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention sedangkan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. This research focuses on discussing the level of turnover intention among employees at PT Len Industri (Persero). Turnover intention is one of the issues that consistently garners significant attention in human resource management within the company because it has the potential to negatively impact productivity and stability. Many factors can influence the level of turnover intention, but this study delves deeper into organizational commitment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2). The purpose of this research is to analyze the levels of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and turnover intention among employees at PT Len Industri (Persero), and to examine how organizational commitment influences turnover intention, how job satisfaction influences turnover intention, as well as how both organizational commitment and job satisfaction together influence turnover intention among employees at PT Len Industri (Persero). The research method used is descriptive and verification methods with a population of 420 permanent employees of PT Len Industri (Persero) and a sample of 89 employees. The analytical techniques employed include Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was conducted using T-test and F-test analyses. The results of this study indicate that, simultaneously, organizational commitment and job satisfaction significantly influence turnover intention. Partially, organizational commitment has a significant effect on turnover intention, while job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on turnover intention.
