    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berfokus pada level aktivitas fisik tunagrahita ringan se
    Kabupaten Bandung Barat, penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh
    minimnya pengetahuan aktivitas fisik bagi siswadisabilitas tunagrahita
    ringan se-Kabupaten Bandung Barat, kurangnya tenaga pengajar khusus
    penjas adaptif, kurangnya fasilitas dan kebijakan yang diberikan oleh
    pemerintah terhadap sekolah luarbiasa, serta kurangnya pengetahuan,
    edukasi dan pendampingan yang diberikan kepada siswa disabilitas
    tunagrahita ringan di KBB dalam melakukan berbagai kegiatan aktivitas
    fisik ataupun olahraga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui level
    aktivitas fisik siswa disabilitas tunagrahita ringan se-Kabupaten
    Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif
    kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Metode dalam pengumpulan data
    menggunakan kuesioner PAQ-C (Physical Activity Questionnare for
    Children). Penelitian ini melibatkan delapan sekolah dari sebaran klaster
    di daerah Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Analisis data penelitian
    menggunakan SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa
    disabilitas tunagrahita ringan masih mampu melakukan berbagai
    aktivitas fisik ataupun kegiatan olahraga secara sederhana dengan
    intensitas dan kemampuan yang telah disesuaikan oleh pendamping.
    Terdapat 1% (1 responden) kategori sangat rendah, 40.2% (39
    responden) kategori rendah , 52.6% (51 responden) kategori sedang,
    6.2% (6 responden) kategori tinggi, 0% (0 responden) kategori sangat
    tinggi. Dari data yang diperoleh kategori paling banyak berada di
    kategori sedang dengan selisih 12.4% dari kategori rendah. Maka dapat
    disimpulkan level aktivitas fisik siswa disabilitas tunagrahita ringan se
    Kabupaten Bandung Barat berada pada kategori sedang.

    This study focuses on the level of physical activity of mild disabilities in West
    Bandung Regency, this research is motivated by the lack of physical activity
    knowledge for students with mild disabilities in West Bandung Regency, the
    lack of special teaching staff for adaptive services, the lack of facilities and
    policies provided by the government for extraordinary schools, as well as the
    lack of knowledge, education and assistance provided to students with mild
    disabilities in West Bandung Regency. KBB in carrying out various physical
    activities or sports. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of
    physical activity of students with mild disabilities in West Bandung Regency.
    This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a survey approach. The
    method of data collection uses a PAQ-C (Physical Activity Questionnare for
    Children) questionnaire. This study involved eight schools from cluster
    distribution in the West Bandung Regency area. The analysis of research data
    used SPSS 27. The results of the study show that students with mild disabilities
    are still able to do various physical activities or sports activities simply with
    the intensity and ability that has been adjusted by the companion. There were
    1% (1 respondent) in the very low category, 40.2% (39 respondents) in the
    low category, 52.6% (51 respondents) in the medium category, 6.2% (6
    respondents) in the high category, 0% (0 respondents) in the very high
    category. From the data obtained, the most category is in the medium
    category with a difference of 12.4% from the low category. So it can be
    concluded that the level of physical activity of students with mild disabilities
    in West Bandung Regency is in the medium category.
