Abstract

Kawasan pendidikan SMAN 4 Bandung terletak di pertengahan Kota Bandung memiliki kondisi ruas jalan bersinggungan dengan daerah komersial berupa pertokoan dan pusat pembelanjaan yang dapat meningkatkan pembebanan kendaraan pada ruas jalan tersebut. Hal ini tentu akan mengakibatkan penurunan tingkat pelayanan jalan dan menyebabkan kemacetan. Dengan adanya penurunan tingkat pelayanan jalan perlu dianalisis pembebanan yang terjadi menuju zona tujuan SMAN 4 Bandung untuk dapat menciptakan transportasi yang ramah pada zona pendidikan, dilakukan perencanaan atau permodelan pemilihan rute yang sesuai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui besar volume yang terjadi pada ruas jalan, pembebanan pada tiap ruas jalan yang mempengaruhi nilai V/C ratio, serta rekayasa dan pemilihan rute alternatif yang sesuai. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis pembebanan yang terjadi pada ruas jalan adalah metode equilibrium yang merupakan model pemilihan rute dengan asumsi semua pengendara mengusahakan meminimumkan jarak perjalanan yang lebih pendek. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh volume puncak yang terjadi pada ruas jalan menuju SMAN 4 Bandung rata-rata memiliki waktu puncak di hari Senin dan Jumat pada jam 11.00-12.00. Hal ini mempengaruhi tingkat pelayanan ruas jalan pada masa 20 tahun mendatang dengan angka pertumbuhan 4.64% memiliki nilai V/C ratio F. Sehingga dapat diartikan ruas jalan tersebut tidak dapat menampung pembebanan. Dari permasalahan tersebut dilakukan rekayasa perencanaan transportasi massal berupa bus dan pemilihan rute terbaik. The educational area of SMAN 4 Bandung, located in the center of Bandung City, has road conditions that intersect with commercial areas such as shops and shopping centers, which can increase the vehicle load on these roads. This will inevitably lead to a decrease in road service and cause congestion. Due to the decline in road service levels, it is necessary to analyze the load occurring towards the destination zone of SMAN 4 Bandung to create transportation that is friendly to the educational zone. This involves planning or modeling appropriate route selection. This study aims to determine the volume on the road segments, the load on each road segment affecting the V/C ratio, and the engineering and selection of suitable alternative routes. The method used to analyze the load on the road segments is the equilibrium method, which is a route selection model assuming all drivers strive to minimize travel distance. The analysis results show that the peak volume on the road segments leading to SMAN 4 Bandung typically occurs on Mondays and Fridays between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. This affects the level of road service over the next 20 years, with a growth rate of 4.64% resulting in a V/C ratio of F. This indicates that the road segments cannot accommodate the load. To address this issue, mass transportation planning in the form of buses and the selection of the best routes are carried out.
