Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi pada pokok permasalahan “Bagaimana upaya widyaiswara dalam meningkatkan kinerja PLKB melalui pelatihan? “. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang : 1. Bagaimana Perencanaan Pelatihan Refreshing dalam meningkatkan kinerja PLKB, 2. Bagaimana Pelaksanaan Pelatihan Refeshing dalam meningkatkan kinerja PLKB, 3. Bagaimana Evaluasi Pelatihan Refreshing dalam meningkatkan kinerja PLKB. Tinjauan konseptual teoritik penelitian ini adalah: a) Konsep Pendidikan Luar Sekolah, b) Konsep Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, c) Konsep Manajemen Pelatihan, d) Konsep PLKB (Petugas lapangan Keluarga Berencana), e) Konsep Dasar Peran, f) Konsep Dasar Motivasi. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subyek penelitian sebanyak sembilan orang terdiri dari 2 orang penyelenggara, 2 orang widyaiswara, dan 5 orang dari peserta pelatihan. Adapun teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Wawancara, dan studi Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh data dan informasi mengenai: 1) Perencanaan Pelatihan Refreshing bagi PLKB yang meliputi kegiatan identifikasi kebutuhan, perumusan tujuan, alokasi waktu, pembiayaan dan kurikulum. 2) Pelaksanaan Pelatihan Refreshing bagi PLKB berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan yaitu kegiatan pembukaan pelatihan yang lancar, alokasi waktu pelatihan berjalan efektif, materi/bahan belajar sudah sesuai dengan kurikulum, metode dalam pelatihan sudah sesuai , media/alat bantu yang sesuai dan penerapan serta ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang cukup memadai, 3) Evaluasi Pelatihan Refreshing bagi PLKB, evaluasi dilihat dari keberanian bertanya para peserta, kemampuan menyampaikan pendapat, minat dan motivasi mengikuti pelatihan, ketepatan waktu dan kehadiran, sedangkan evaluasi hasil belajar dilihat dari Pre test dan Post test peserta pelatihan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Pelatihan Refreshing dapat meningkatkan kinerja PLKB di lapangan yang bisa dilihat dari hasil belajar peserta pelatihan antara sebelum pelatihan (pre test) dan setelah pelatihan (post test). Saran dalam Pelatihan Refreshing adalah seharusnya saat pihak identifikasi seharusnya terjun langsung ke lapangan dan pihak PLKB dilibatkan di dalamnya. Untuk penyelenggara agar meningkatkan lagi sarana dan prasarana supaya menunjang proses pembelajaran yang maksimal. The background of this research on the subject matter "How Efforts of Widyaiswara in Improving Performance of PLKB trough Training Refreshing ". The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of: 1 How Planning Training Refreshing in improving the performance of field officers, 2 How refeshing Training Implementation in improving the performance of field officers, 3 How Refreshing Training Evaluation in improving the performance of field officers. Theoretical conceptual overview of this research are: a) the concept of School Education, b) Concept of Education and Training, c) Management Concepts Training, d) The concept of field officers (field officer Family Planning), e) Role of Basic Concepts, f) Basic Concepts of Motivation. Methodology This study used a descriptive study with a qualitative approach to the research subjects were nine organizers consist of 2 people administrator, 2 widyaiswara, and 5 people from the trainees. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study obtained data and information regarding: 1) Planning Training Refreshing. 2) Implementation of Refreshing training for field officers. 3) Evaluation Refreshing training for field officers. The conclusion of this study is Refreshing training can improve the performance of field officers in the field that can be seen from the results of learning among trainees before training (pre-test) and after training (post-test). Refreshing in Training advice is necessary as the identification should go directly to the field and the field officers involved in it. For the organizers to improve their facilities and infrastructure that support the learning process of the maximum.
