Abstract
Permainan futsal dengan kondisi fisik yang prima sangatlah diperlukan. Dengan kondisi fisik yang prima pada setiap atlet akan dapat tercapainya suatu prestasi yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh model complementary training terhadap peningkatan Aerobik pada Pemain Futsal Putri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pemain Futsal Putri yang berjumlah 18 atlet yang dibagi menjadi kedalam dua kelompok, eksperimen dan kontrol. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bleep test untuk mengukur daya tahan aerobik (VO2Max). Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, dan Paired Sample T-Test dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model complementary training terhadap peningkatan power endurance pada pemain futsal putri. Sedangkan, latihan konvensional tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan model pelatihan complementary training. Complementary training memberikan peningkatan kemampuan sebesar 12%, sedangkan latihan konvensional memberikan peningkatan kemampuan sebesar 6%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model pelatihan complementary training efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan aerobik pemain futsal putri. Disarankan bagi pelatih futsal untuk memasukkan model pelatihan complementary training dalam program latihan agar dapat membantu meningkatkan performa atlet agar lebih maksimal. Futsal games with excellent physical condition are very necessary. With excellent physical condition in every athlete will be able to achieve a maximum achievement. This study aims to examine the effect of the complementary training model on improving Aerobics in Female Futsal Players. The method used in this research is an experiment with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were female futsal players totaling 18 athletes who were divided into two groups, experimental and control. The instrument in this study used the bleep test to measure aerobic endurance (VO2Max). Data analysis using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, and Paired Sample T-Test with the help of SPSS 27 application. The results showed that there was a significant effect of complementary training model on increasing power endurance in female futsal players. Meanwhile, conventional training does not have a significant effect on the complementary training model. Complementary training provides an increase in ability by 12%, while conventional training provides an increase in ability by 6%. This study concludes that the complementary training model is effectively used to improve the aerobics of female futsal players. It is recommended for futsal trainers to include complementary training models in training programs in order to help improve athlete performance to be more optimal.
