Abstract
Sesuai kajian latar belakang penelitian, maka pada penelitian ini rumusan masalahnya yaitu "Bagaimanakah keefektifan proses manajemen Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) IModel dan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2di Kota Bandung. Dari rumusan masalah tersebut dirumuskan masalah yang lebih spesifik sebagai berikut: 1). Bagaimanakah tingkat keefektifan proses manajemen dalam hal : Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi secara bersama-sama pada MAN model dan reguler di kota Bandung 2). Bagaimanakah tingkat keefektifan proses perencanaan (planning) pada MAN model dan reguler di kota Bandung. Yang mencakup: kerjasama, program kerja dan implementasi untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan di MAN reguler dan MAN Model? 3). Bagaimanakah tingkat keefektifan proses pengorganisasian {organizing) pada MAN model dan reguler di Bandung, yang meiiputi- job deskripsi, fasilitas, dan kompetensi di MAN reguler dan MAN model? 4) Bagaimanakah tingkat keefektifan proses pelaksanaan {actuating) pada MAN model dan reguler di kota Bandung mencakup: kepemimpinan, personality dan kesejahteraan baik di MAN reguler maupun di MAN Model? Dan 5) Bagaimanakah tingkat keefektifan proses penilaian (evaluasi/controlling) pada MAN model dan reguler di kota Bandung menyangkut: disiplin, pelayanan belajar, humas, dan pembinaan di MAN reguler dan MAN model? Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan dan menganalisis keefektifan manajemen Madrasah Aliyah Negeri model dan reguler di Kota Bandung yang berada di Bandung, dibawah binaan Kantor Wilayah Departemen Agama Propinsi Jawa Barat. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian Deskriptif Komparatif berdasarkan propesi responden yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru dan pegawai adminitratif. Penelitian ini bersifat ex post facto, karena peristiwanya telah terjadi dan dalam penelitian ini tidak dilakukan pengendalian atau manipulasi terhadap vanabelnya. Data dikumpulkan dengan pengukuran langsung terhadap responden berdasarkan pengalaman telah lalu yang dimiliki. Dari hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa keefektifan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri di Bandung secara umum termasuk kategori efektif. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keefektifan MAN Model dengan Reguler yaitu MAN Model dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 184 495 lebih efektif dibanding MAN Reguler dengan skor 173.3231, artinya hipotesis diterima Data kedua kelompok tersebut termasuk normal dan homogen. Data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengawasan pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri telah dilakukan secara efektif Dengan demikian kepala sekolah telah melaksanakan tugasnya mengarah pada sasaran yang telah ditentukan bersama. Based on the background of study, the formulation of problem of this research is. How is the effectiveness of management process Model MAN 1 and Regular MAN 2in Bandung? Specifically, the formulation of problems are- 1) How is the degree of the management effectiveness in the field of planninq organizing, actuating and controlling in both Model MAN and Regular MAN in d ,9L?1 H°W IS the degree of P|annin9 effectiveness in Model MAN and Regular MAN, which included cooperation, work programs and implementation to reach the intended goal by Model MAN and Regular MAN? 3) How is the deqree of organizing effectiveness at Model MAN and Regular MAN, which comprises job descr.pt.on, facility, and competence? 4) How is the degree of actuating effectless in Model MAN and Regular in Bandung, which includes leadership Pel2}nJ \LT^ pr°Sperity? 5) How is the de3ree of evaluating the effectiveness in Model MAN and Regular MAN in such: discipline, learning service public relation and counseling. Generally, the goal of this research is to expose and analyze the effectiveness of management in Model MAN and Regular MAN in Bandung which is controlled by regional office of Religion Department of West Java. Design of the research is comparative descriptive research based on the respondents profession, which derives from the head master, the teacher and the admin.strat.ve officer. The research was called ex post facto, because the event has been happened, and there was not any control and manipulation to its variable. The data was obtained by using direct measuring to the respondent based on their previous experiences. After analyzing the data, it is concluded that the effectiveness of MAN in Bandung is belonging to effective category. There is a significant distinction between the effectiveness of Model MAN and Regular MAN, that is- the mean score of Model MAN is 184, 495 which is more effective than Regular MAN 173 3231 It means that the hypothesis is accepted. Both of their data were normal and homogenous. The obtained-data shows that in planning, organizing actuating and controlling in Model MAN has been done effectively In such way the head masters have been doing their duties which focus on the intended goal
