PENGARUH PENERAPAN MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING (PjBL) TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF PESERTA DIDIK DI SMA NEGERI 1 CIBINGBIN Irma Rosanti (2002284) Pembimbing 1: Prof. Dr. Hj. Program Studi Pendidikan Geografi FPIPS-UPI ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tuntutan Abad 21 yaitu adanya kemampuan kecerdasan tingkat tinggi salah satunya adalah kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif adalah model project based learning. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model project based learning sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran; 2) Menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model discovery learning sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran; dan 3) Perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. 4) Pengaruh model project based learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Cibingbin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Quasi Experimental dan menggunakan Non equivalent pretest posttest control group design. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah model project based learning sebagai variabel bebas dan kemampuan berpikir kreatif sebagai variabel terikat. Subjek penelitian yaitu kelas XI IPS H sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IPS J sebagai kelas kontrol. Indikator berpikir kreatif penelitian ini adalah 1) berpikir menilai (evaluation); 2) berpikir luwes (flexibility); 3) berpikir terperinci (elaboration); 4) berpikir lancar (fluency); dan 5) berpikir asli (originally). Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Tes, LKPD, Rubrik penilaian hasil proyek, Rubrik penilaian unjuk kinerja dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen dengan nilai rata-rata N-gain sebesar 0,78 yang terkategori tinggi; 2) terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada kelas kontrol dengan nilai rata-rata N gain sebesar 0,58 terkategori sedang; 3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol (p-value 0,000 < α 0,05). Geography Education Program Faculty of Social Science and Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the demands of the 21st Century, which include higher-order thinking skills, one of which is creative thinking ability. One learning model that can influence creative thinking ability is the project-based learning model. This study aims to 1) Analyze creative thinking ability in the experimental class using the project-based learning model before and after learning; 2) Analyze creative thinking ability in the control class using the discovery learning model before and after learning; and 3) Determine the difference in creative thinking ability between the experimental class and control class. 4) This influence of the project based learning model on students creative thinking abilities at state senior high school 1 Cibingbin. This research is quantitative with a Quasi-Experimental method using a Non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The variables in this study are the project-based learning model as the independent variable and creative thinking ability as the dependent variable. The research subjects are class XI IPS H as the experimental class and XI IPS J as the control class. The creative thinking indicators in this study are 1) evaluation thinking; 2) flexibility thinking; 3) elaboration thinking; 4) fluency thinking; and 5) original thinking. The research instruments used are Tests, Student Worksheets, Project Result Assessment Rubrics, Performance Assessment Rubrics, and Observation Sheets. The results show that; 1) there is an increase in students' creative thinking ability in the experimental class with an average N-gain value of 0.78, categorized as high; 2) there is an increase in students' creative thinking ability in the control class with an average N-gain value of 0.58, categorized as moderate; 3) there is a significant difference in students' creative thinking ability between the experimental class and control class (p-value 0.000 < α 0.05).
