Abstract

Berbagai perusahaan pertambangan timah bersaing menjadi menjadi perusahaan yang tetap mempedulikan kelestarian lingkungan. Berbagai dampak kerusakan lingkungan akibat pertambangan membuat diperlukan pengukuran kinerja manufacturing pada perusahaan melalui aktivitas yang berdampak langsung ke lingkungan. Pengukuran dapat dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi indikator green manufacturing dengan metode green supply chain operation references agar mendapat hasil kinerja yang optimal. Tujuan dari penilaian kinerja green manufacturing adalah untuk mengetahui nilai akhir kinerja dan kinerja yang memerlukan perbaikan. Dalam penilaian kinerja green manufacturing dilakukan identifikasi key performances indicator (KPI) lalu dilakukan pembobotan dengan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Selanjutnya akan dilakukan normalisasi snorm de boer untuk mendapatkan nilai kinerja akhir. PT Timah Tbk sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang tambang yang berkaitan secara langsung dengan lingkungan maka perlu dilakukan penilaian apakah perusahaan telah menjalankan kinerja green manufacturing dengan baik. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan sebuah metode, yaitu metode green supply chain operation references untuk menentukan nilai indikator kinerja aktivitas green manufacturing. Dari hasil perhitungan nilai akhir dengan metode Green supply Chain Operation References diperoleh 83,71 sebagai nilai akhir kinerja aktivitas green manufacturing di PT Timah Tbk menempatkan perusahaan dalam good performance. Dan diketahui indikator kinerja aktivitas green manufacturing yang memiliki nilai terendah yaitu indikator hazardous waste as percent of total waste dengan nilai snorm sebesar 50,00 yang berada pada kategori marginal dan memerlukan perbaikan. Various tin mining companies compete to become companies that still care about environmental sustainability. The various impacts of environmental damage due to mining make it necessary to measure manufacturing performance in companies through activities that have a direct impact on the environment. Measurements can be carried out by identifying green manufacturing indicators using the green supply chain Operation references method in order to obtain optimal performance results. The purpose of the green manufacturing performance assessment is to determine the final performance value and performance that requires improvement. In assessing green manufacturing performance, key performance indicators (KPI) are identified and then weighted using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Next, Snorm de Boer normalization will be carried out to obtain the final performance value. PT Timah Tbk as a company operating in the mining sector which is directly related to the environment, it is necessary to assess whether the company has implemented green manufacturing performance well. To overcome this problem, a method is needed, namely a reference method for green supply chain operations to determine the value of performance indicators for green manufacturing activities. From the results of calculating the final value using the Green Supply Chain Operation Reference method, it was obtained that 83.71 was the final value for the performance of green manufacturing activities at PT Timah Tbk, placing the company in good performance. And it is known that the performance indicator for green manufacturing activities has the lowest value, namely the hazardous waste indicator as a percent of total waste with a snorm value of 50.00 which is in the marginal category and requires improvement.
