Abstract

Salah satu masalah penting dalam pendidikan di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa, yang ditunjukkan oleh masih adanya siswa yang belum mencapai hasil belajar memadai. Hal ini mengkhawatirkan karena hasil belajar yang rendah dapat menghambat kemajuan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar dengan menggunakan teori kognitivisme Robert M. Gagné. Melalui analisis regresi berganda, data dari 105 siswa Kelas XI Program Keahlian Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis diolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belajar dan kondusifitas iklim sekolah berpengaruh baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap hasil belajar. Dengan kata lain, semakin tinggi tingkat konsentrasi belajar dan semakin kondusif iklim sekolah, semakin baik pula hasil belajar yang dicapai oleh siswa. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa harus difokuskan pada peningkatan konsentrasi belajar dan penciptaan iklim sekolah yang kondusif. Kedua faktor ini tidak hanya saling terkait, tetapi juga merupakan penentu penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, pihak sekolah dan guru diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung, serta mendorong siswa untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi mereka selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Dengan demikian, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan, khususnya di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. One of the key issues in education at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung is the suboptimal student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the fact that some students have not yet achieved satisfactory results. This is concerning because low academic performance can hinder students' progress. This study aims to identify the factors influencing learning outcomes using Robert M. Gagné's cognitive learning theory. Through multiple regression analysis, data from 105 students of the Office Management and Business Services program in Grade XI were analyzed. The findings indicate that learning concentration and the conduciveness of the school environment positively affect student learning outcomes, both simultaneously and partially. In other words, the higher the learning concentration and the more conducive the school environment, the better the students' academic performance. The implications of this research suggest that efforts to improve student learning outcomes should focus on enhancing learning concentration and creating a supportive school environment. These two factors are not only interrelated but also critical determinants in the learning process. Therefore, it is recommended that schools and teachers create a supportive learning environment and encourage students to improve their concentration during the learning process. This, in turn, is expected to significantly improve student learning outcomes, particularly at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung.
