Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara learning agility dengan capaian pembelajaran program magang bersertifikat pada Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena terdapat indikasi bahwa kemampuan learning agility mahasiswa memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan nilai capaian pembelajaran program selama pelaksanaan magang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kombinasi (mixed methods) dengan metode sequential explanatory. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh 31 mahasiswa magang dengan alat ukur yang mengacu berdasarkan lima indikator learning agility: people agility, change agility, mental agility, result agility, dan self-awareness. Data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan lima mahasiswa yang memiliki skor learning agility tinggi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara learning agility dengan capaian pembelajaran program. Nilai korelasi pearson (r) sebesar 0.593 mengindikasikan hubungan yang cukup kuat dengan kontribusi sebesar 35.2% dari learning agility terhadap capaian pembelajaran program. Mahasiswa dengan tingkat learning agility tinggi menunjukkan kemampuan adaptasi, manajemen diri, serta kemampuan interpersonal yang baik selama pelaksanaan magang, yang berkontribusi terhadap hasil capaian pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi mahasiswa, perguruan tinggi, dan pengelola program magang untuk mengembangkan learning agility sebagai kompetensi kunci dalam meningkatkan capaian pembelajaran dan kinerja selama pelaksanaan magang. This study aims to examine the relationship between learning agility and learning outcomes of the certified internship program in the Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS). This research is motivated because there are indications that students' learning agility ability has a role in increasing the value of program learning outcomes during the implementation of internships. The research approach used is a mixed methods approach with sequential explanatory method. Quantitative data was obtained through a questionnaire filled out by 31 internship students with a measuring instrument that refers to five learning agility indicators: people agility, change agility, mental agility, result agility, and self-awareness. Qualitative data was obtained through in-depth interviews with five students who had high learning agility scores. The research findings show that there is a positive and significant relationship between learning agility and program learning outcomes. The Pearson correlation (r) value of 0.593 indicates a fairly strong relationship with a contribution of 35.2% from learning agility to program learning outcomes. Students with a high level of learning agility showed good adaptability, self-management, and interpersonal skills during the internship, which contributed to better learning outcomes. The results of this study are expected to provide insights for students, universities, and internship program managers to develop learning agility as a key competency in improving learning outcomes and performance during internships.
