Abstract
Kualitas pengalaman (experience quality) menjadi faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi intensi perilaku (behavioral intentions). Adanya experience quality yang baik dapat menjadi salah satu faktor penentu wisatawan untuk tertarik mengunjungi kembali suatu destinasi, mengulang kembali aktivitas yang pernah dilakukan sebelumnya, serta menyebarkan WOM yang positif mengenai destinasi kepada orang-orang terdekat bahkan orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh experience quality terhadap behavioral intentions. Pengumpulan dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 202 responden yang sudah pernah mengunjungi Tahura Ir. Djuanda dan berusia minimal 17 tahun. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan analisis data deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan teknik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dan Partial Least Square (PLS). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu experience quality berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap behavioral intensions. Penelitian ini membantu pengelola Tahura Ir. H. Djuanda dalam melihat Gambaran experience quality dan behavioral intentions dan menemukan saran untuk diimplementasikan di kemudian hari. Experience quality is a factor that can influence behavioral intentions. The existence of good experience quality can be one of the determining factors for tourists to be interested in revisiting a destination, repeating activities that have been done before, and spreading positive WOM about the destination to people closest to them and even others. This study aims to analyze the effect of experience quality on behavioral intentions. The collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to 202 respondents who had visited Tahura Ir. Djuanda and were at least 17 years old. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. The method used in this study was a quantitative method with descriptive and verification data analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Square (PLS) techniques. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of this study are that experience quality has a significant effect on behavioral intentions. This study helps the managers of Tahura Ir. H. Djuanda in seeing the picture of experience quality and behavioral intentions and finding suggestions to be implemented in the future.
