Abstract
Isu degradasi moral seperti perkelahian, perundungan dan pelecehan seksual dalam dunia pendidikan masih menjadi masalah serius yang harus di prioritaskan. Program Excellent Character menjadi salah satu solusi penerapan pendidikan karakter di di TK Joy Kids National Plus. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana implementasi program Execellent Character dalam menanamkan nilai dimensi profil pelajar Pancasila, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi yang dilakukan, serta mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi program. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program Excellent Character telah mengintegrasikan muatan dimensi profil pelajar Pancasila. Dalam perencanaannya TK Joy Kids National Plus sudah menetapkan enam tema besar untuk mengimplementasikan program Excellent Character, kemudian di turunkan ke dalam kurikulum The Excellent Character, KOSP, RPP, dan juga weekly plan. Dalam pelaksanaanya, secara garis besar TK Joy Kids menggunakan metode pembiasaan yang dilakukan di dalam kelas setiap hari. Untuk mengetahui perkembangan karakter anak, evaluasi dilakukan setiap hari oleh guru dan melibatkan orang tua melalui angket yang di isi setiap satu bulan sekali. Faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi program di antaranya guru, orang tua, dan teman sejawat peserta didik. The issue of moral degradation such as scuffle, bullying and sexual harassment in education is still a serious problem that needs to be prioritized. The Excellent Character Program is one of the solutions for implementing character education in Joy Kids National Plus Kindergarten. This research was conducted to analyze the extent of implementation of the Excellent Character program in instilling the value of the dimension of Profil Pelajar Pancasila, starting from planning, implementation, to evaluation carried out, as well as knowing the factors that influence program implementation. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the Excellent Character Program has integrated the content of the dimensions of the Profil Pelajar Pancasila. In planning, Joy Kids National Plus Kindergarten has set six major themes to implement the Excellent Character Program, and then downgraded them into the Excellent Character Curriculum, KOSP, lesson plans, and also weekly plans. In its implementation, Joy Kids Kindergarten uses the habituation method, which is carried out in the classroom every day. In order to find out about the development of the children's character, evaluations are carried out daily by the teachers and parents are involved through questionnaires that are filled out once a month. Factors that influence the implementation of the program include teachers, parents and classmates.
