Abstract

Sistem Rekomendasi Penjurusan merupakan suatu sistem yang bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi penjurusan IPA atau IPS kepada para siswa agar sesuai kemampuannya. Selain itu, dengan adanya sistem ini proses penjurusan menjadi lebih efektif, dan efisien. Sistem ini juga memudahkan guru BK dalam mengolah hasil penjurusan. Algortima C45 adalah algortima yang berfungsi untuk membuat keputusan, berbentuk pohon (tree). Cara kerja algoritma ini adalah dengan mengolah data yang ada, sehingga didapatkan simpul terpilih, kemudian simpul terpilih itu menjadi rule atau aturan agar dapat memberikan rekomendasi penjurusan yang sesuai. Simpul terpilih berasal dari atribut-atribut yang berpengaruh dalam proses penjurusan. Karena atribut-atribut penjurusan seperti nilai akademik, hasil psikotes, minat, dan bakat jika dijadikan struktur pohon akan memudahkan dalam membuat sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, algoritma C45 dapat diterapkan pada sebuah sistem rekomendasi penjurusan, kemudian akurasi dari sistem ini adalah 79,4 % sesuai dalam pemilihan jurusan. Sedangkan 20,6% tidak sesuai dalam pemilihan jurusan. Majors recommendation system is a system that aims to provide recommendations or Social Science majors to students to match his ability. In addition, with this system the majors to be more effective, and efficient. This system also allows teachers BK majors in processing results.C45 algorithms are algorithms that serve to make the decisions, shape the tree. The workings of this algorithm is to process data in order to extract the selected node, then the selected node into a rule or rules to be about providing appropriate majors recommendations. Derived from the selected node attributes are influential in the majors. Because of these attributes such as values of academic majors, psychological test results, interests, and talents if used as a tree structure will facilitate in making a decision support system.Based on the results of the study conducted by researchers, C45 algorithm can be applied to a system recommendation majors, then the accuracy of the system is 79.4% according to the selection of majors. While 20.6% are not appropriate in the selection of majors.
