Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan prakerin terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa jurusan Akuntansi di SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Ciamis. Penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan accidental sampling sebanyak 205 siswa dari 422 populasi. Uji validitas menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliablitias menggunakan alpha cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t dengan bantuan IBM SPSS V.25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan prakerin berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa jurusan Akuntansi di SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Ciamis dimana semakin optimal pelaksanaan prakerin maka semakin tinggi kesiapan kerja. This research aims to determine the effect of implementing industrial work practices on the work readiness of students majoring in Accounting at SMK Negeri throughout Ciamis Regency. The research uses descriptive and verification analysis with quantitative methods. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with accidental sampling of 205 students from a population of 422. The validity test uses product moment correlation and the reliability test uses Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis uses simple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was conducted using F test and t test with the assistance of IBM SPSS V.25 software. The results of the research show that the implementation of industrial work practices has a positive effect on the work readiness of students majoring in Accounting at SMK Negeri throughout Ciamis Regency, where the more optimal the implementation of industrial work practices, the higher the job readiness.
