Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji fenomena meningkatnya Struktur Modal yang ditandai dengan tingginya hutang pada PT Starcom Solusindo. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi Struktur Modal, salah satunya adalah Pertumbuhan Penjualan mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1). Memperoleh gambaran tingkat pertumbuhan penjualan pada PT Starcom Solusindo. 2). Memperoleh gambaran struktur modal pada PT Starcom Solusindo. 3). Memperoleh temuan pengaruh tingkat pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap struktur modal padaPT Starcom Solusindo. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT Starcom Solusindo tahun 2007-2012.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan desain penelitian time series design. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan variable Tingkat Pertumbuhan Penjualan berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal (DER) dengan nilai intersep atau konstanta 1,785, nilai ini mengandung arti bahwa regresi memotong sumbu Y pada titik 1,785dan merupakan nilai variabel dependen yaitu apabila tidak terjadi perubahan rasio pertumbuhan penjualan, maka nilai DER pada PT. Starcom Solusindo sebesar 17,85%. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima yaitu tingkat pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh negative terhadap struktur modal This study examines the phenomenon of rising capital structure that is characterized by high debt to PT Starcom Solusindo. There are several factors that can affect the capital structure, one of which is the growth of sales has decreased. This study aims to 1). Obtain a growth rate of sales at PT Starcom Solusindo. 2). Obtain a capital structure in PT Starcom Solusindo.3). Obtaining the findings influence the growth rate of sales of capital structure on PT Starcom Solusindo. Objects in this study are the financial statements PT. Starcom Solusindo years 2007-2012.This type of research is descriptive and verification, the research design time series design. The method used in this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The results of the study by using a simple linear regression showed a variable effect on the Sales Growth Rate of Capital Structure (DER) with the intercept or constant value of 1.785, this value implies that the regression cutting on the Y-axis and a point 1,785 value of the dependent variable that is not the case if the sales growth ratio changes, then the value of DER PT. Starcom Solusindo of 17,85%. From the results of these tests show that the hypothesis is accepted that the level of sales growth significant has a negative influence of the capital structure.
