Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem layanan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik bagi peserta didik cerebral palsy. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah peserta didik cerebral palsy. Permasalahan pada gangguan motorik yang dialami oleh peserta didik cerebral palsy membutuhkan layanan intervensi untuk memelihara dan meningkatkan kemampuan motoriknya. Di sekolah, layanan intervensi didapat melalui program kebutuhan khusus pengembangan gerak, di klinik tumbuh kembang layanan intervensi didapat melalui terapi dan dari segi sosial didapat melalui layanan stimulasi sebagai perpanjangan tangan dari layanan sekolah dan klinik agar berlangsung secara kontinyu. Berdasarkan temuan yang ada sekolah dan klinik belum terintegrasi dan bersinergi dan masih terkotak-kotak sehingga membutuhkan suatu program yang dapat menghubungkan keduanya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan program support system untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik peserta didik cerebral palsy dengan melibatkan sumber daya yang ada di lingkungan peserta didik, baik dari segi pendidikan maupun medis dan juga sosial melalui pendekatan transposisional. Pendekatan transposisional dapat menghubungkan, mensinergikan, dan mengintegrasikan seluruh sumber daya yang ada di lingkungan peserta didik sehingga kemampuan motoriknya dapat berkembang menjadi lebih fungsional. Seluruh support system yang ada di lingkungan peserta didik memiliki tujuan yang sama sesuai dengan keahliannya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik secara lebih terintegrasi, holistik dan saling terhubung satu sama lain. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya keterbukaan, transparansi, integrasi dan sinergitas antara seluruh posisi yang ada di lingkungan peserta didik cerebral palsy sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan fungsional motorik yang dimilikinya. This study aims to improve the quality of the service system in improving motor skills for cerebral palsy students. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method. The subjects in this study were cerebral palsy students. Problems with motor disorders experienced by cerebral palsy students require intervention services to maintain and improve their motor skills. In schools, intervention services are obtained through special needs programs for motor development, in growth and development clinics intervention services are obtained through therapy and from a social perspective, they are obtained through stimulation services as an extension of school and clinic services so that they can continue continuously. Based on the existing findings, schools and clinics have not been integrated and synergized and are still compartmentalized so that a program that can connect the two is needed. This study produces a support system program to improve the motor skills of cerebral palsy students by involving resources in the student's environment, both in terms of education and medical and also social through a transpositional approach. The transpositional approach can connect, synergize, and integrate all resources in the student's environment so that their motor skills can develop to be more functional. All support systems in the environment of students have the same goal according to their expertise in improving motor skills in a more integrated, holistic and interconnected manner. The implications of this study are the existence of openness, transparency, integration and synergy between all positions in the environment of cerebral palsy students as an effort to improve their functional motor skills.
