Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang rendahnya tingkat mutu layanan administrasi yang disebabkan oleh kinerja pegawai tata usaha yang kurang optimal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka pokok masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah sejauh mana pengaruh kinerja pegawai tata usaha terhadap mutu layanan administrasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket dengan model skala likert, yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna jasa layanan administrasi yang ada di SMK Penida 1 Katapang Kabupaten Bandung dengan jumlah 83 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Kinerja pegawai tata usaha berada pada kategori sedang, (2) Mutu layanan administrasi berada pada kategori cukup, (3) Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara kinerja pegawai tata usaha terhadap mutu layanan administrasi di SMK Penida 1 Katapang Kabupaten Bandung. This study investigated the low level of administrative service quality caused by the administration of employee performance is less than optimal. Based on this, the principal issues raised in this study is the extent to which the effect of the administration of employee performance against the quality of administrative services The methods used in this research is explanatory survey methods. Data collection techniques by means of dissemination of the likert scale model with question form, were analyzed using simple regression. The respondents in this study were all employees at SMK Penida 1 Katapang Regency Bandung with a total of 83 peoples. The results of this research indicate: (1) the employee performance is at a category midle, (2) service quality of administration category good enough, (3) there is a negative and significant influence among the employee performance to servive quality of administration at SMK Penida 1 Katapang Regency Bandung.
