Abstract

Penggunaan pestisida kimia dalam budidaya tanaman kailan (Brassica oleraceae var. alboglabra) menimbulkan masalah lingkungan. Biopestisida dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif dalam pengendalian hama dan penyakit. Daun tembelekan memiliki potensi dijadikan biopestisida, karena mengandung senyawa aktif sebagai antibakteri dan antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komposit ekstrak daun tembelekan dengan bionutrien S-367B terhadap pertumbuhan, laju pertumbuhan, dan hasil panen pada tanaman kailan. Tahapan penelitian ini meliputi tahap ekstraksi daun tembelekan, tahap analisis uji fitokimia, uji total fenolik, dan karakterisasi gugus fungsi dengan spektrofotometer FTIR, tahap aplikasi komposit ekstrak daun tembelekan dengan bionutrien S-367B 25%, 50%, dan 75% dengan dosis 5 mL; 7,5 mL; dan 10 mL dalam 1000 mL air, serta tahap pengamatan pertumbuhan tanaman kailan dan hasil panen tanaman kailan. Hasil analisis ektrak daun tembelekan mengandung senyawa alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, tanin, dengan total fenolik sebesar 34,01±2,32 mg GAE/ g sampel dan hasil karakterisasi menunjukkan bahwa di dalam ekstrak daun tembelekan terdapat senyawa flavonoid dan saponin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pertumbuhan panjang daun, lebar daun, tinggi tanaman, dan laju pertumbuhan tanamaan kailan tertinggi diperoleh oleh kelompok perlakuan komposit ekstrak daun tembelekan dengan bionutrien S-367B 50% dosis 5 mL/L secara berturut-turut sebesar 28,37 cm; 25,7 cm; 46,33 cm; dan 0,4338 minggu-1 dibandingkan dengan kontrol pelarut secara berturut-turut yaitu sebesar 17,2 cm; 16,7 cm; 32,3 cm; dan 0,3070 minggu-1. Massa hasil panen tanaman kailan tertinggi diperoleh oleh kelompok perlakuan komposit ekstrak daun tembelekan dengan bionutrien S-367B 50% dosis 5 mL/L yaitu sebesar 741,00±235,42 gram dibandingkan dengan kontrol pelarut sebesar 114,67±7,57 gram.: The use of chemical pesticides in the cultivation of kale (Brassica oleraceae var. alboglabra) causes environmental problems. Biopesticides can be used as an alternative in controlling pests and diseases. Tembelekan leaves have the potential to be used as biopesticides, because they contain active compounds as antibacterials and antioxidants. This study aims to determine the effect of the composite of tembelekan leaf extract with S-367B bionutrients on growth, growth rate, and harvest yields in Kailan plants. The stages of this study include the stage of tembelekan leaf extraction, the stage of phytochemical test analysis, total phenolic test, and functional group characterization with FTIR spectrophotometer, the stage of application of the composite of tembelekan leaf extract with S-367B bionutrients 25%, 50%, and 75% with doses of 5 mL; 7.5 ml; and 10 mL in 1000 mL of air, as well as the stage of observation of the growth of Kailan plants and the harvest of Kailan plants. The results of the analysis of tembelekan leaf extract contained alkaloid, flavonoid, saponin, tannin compounds, with a total phenolic of 34.01 ± 2.32 mg GAE / g sample and the characterization results showed that in the tembelekan leaf extract there were flavonoid and saponin compounds. The results showed that the highest growth of leaf length, leaf width, plant height, and growth rate of kailan plants was obtained by the composite treatment group of tembelekan leaf extract with 50% S-367B bionutrient at a dose of 5 mL / L respectively of 28.37 cm; 25.7 cm; 46.33 cm; and 0.4338 week-1 compared to the solvent control respectively of 17.2 cm; 16.7 cm; 32.3 cm; and 0.2872 week-1. The highest harvest mass of kailan plants was obtained from the composite treatment group of tembelekan leaf extract with 50% S-367B bionutrient at a dose of 5 mL/L, which was 741,00±235,42 grams compared to the control solvent of 114.67±7.57 grams.
