Abstract
Penerapan e-learning di sekolah menawarkan berbagai manfaat seperti fleksibilitas waktu dan tempat, serta akses yang lebih luas ke sumber belajar. Namun, keberhasilan implementasinya sangat bergantung pada kesiapan seluruh elemen yang terlibat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan penerapan e-learning di SMAN 2 Kota Bandung, dengan fokus pada tiga aspek yaitu; kesiapan siswa, kesiapan guru, dan kesiapan infrastruktur sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket dan observasi. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari siswa dan guru di SMAN 2 Kota Bandung tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Hasil menunjukan bahwa SMAN 2 Kota Bandung siap untuk menerapkan e-learning di sekolah, kesiapan ini tercermin dari lima faktor kesiapan yang diukur kepada siswa yaitu self-competence, perceived usefulness, self-directed learning, motivation, dan financial serta lima faktor kesiapan yang diukur kepada guru yaitu student’s preparedness, teachers’ preparedness, infrastructure, management support, dan school culture, ditambah dengan hasil observasi infrastruktur pendukung yang ada, khususnya ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana laboratorium komputer serta sarana pendukung lainnya dikelas. Walaupun SMAN 2 Kota Bandung telah menunjukan kesiapan dalam penerapan e-learning di sekolah, masih ada faktor yang bisa diperkuat kembali untuk memastikan keberhasilan penerapan e-learning ini, seperti persepsi kebergunaan yang dirasakan oleh siswa, pemantapan kompetensi IT guru, serta pemerataan akses internet di setiap kelas. The implementation of e-learning in schools offers various benefits, such as flexibility in time and place, as well as broader access to learning resources. However, the success of its implementation heavily depends on the readiness of all involved elements. This research aims to analyze the readiness for implementing e-learning at SMAN 2 Kota Bandung, focusing on three aspects: student readiness, teacher readiness, and school infrastructure readiness. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires and observation. The research population consists of students and teachers at SMAN 2 Kota Bandung for the 2024/2025 academic year. The results show that SMAN 2 Kota Bandung is ready to implement e-learning at the school. This readiness is reflected in five readiness factors measured for students, namely self-competence, perceived usefulness, self-directed learning, motivation, and financial readiness; and five readiness factors measured for teachers, namely student preparedness, teacher preparedness, infrastructure, management support, and school culture. Additionally, observations of the supporting infrastructure, particularly the availability of computer laboratories and other classroom support facilities, further confirm this readiness. Although SMAN 2 Kota Bandung has demonstrated readiness for e-learning implementation, there are still factors that can be further strengthened to ensure the success of this implementation, such as enhancing students' perceived usefulness, improving teachers' IT competence, and ensuring equitable internet access in every classroom.
