Abstract
Meningkatnya jumlah lansia dimasyarakat, terutama sebagai dampak dari pertambahan jumlah populasi lansia. Ditemui tantangan signifikan terkait kesehatan dan kesejahteraan lansia. Pos Pembinaan Terpadu Lansia Flamboyan hadir dalam wujud kepedulian para kader di wilayah setempat yang melihat bahwa kesehatan masyarakat khususnya pada lansia perlu menjadi perhatian khusus. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui kondisi objektif program pemberdayaan lansia di Posbindu Lansia Flamboyan, mengetahui langkah-langkah kader sebagai fasilitator dalam program pemberdayaan lansia, dan mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam melaksanakan tugas sebagai fasilitator dalam program pemberdayaan lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang yaitu terdiri dari ketua Posbindu, Bendahara sekaligus kader Posbindu, Sekertaris sekaligus kader Posbindu, Pembimbing puskesmas, dan Lansia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kondisi objektif program pemberdayaan lansia dapat dilihat dari aspek tujuan program, tempat dan waktu pelaksanaan, partisipasi lansia, sarana dan prasarana, pelaku kegiatan, pembiyaan, dan evaluasi program. Adapun langkah-langkah kader sebagai fasilitator terdiri dari peran sebagai edukator, motivator, fasilitasi dan pendampingan. Kader dalam mejalankan tugasnya sebagai fasilitator memiliki faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Adapun faktor pendukung nya yaitu : pedoman program, dukungan dinas terkait, sosialisasi program, keterlibatan masyarakat. Faktor penghambat terdiri dari : kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat, dana yang terbatas, kurang lengkapnya penyuluhan, tidak adanya tenaga pendamping kesehatan. The increasing number of elderly people in society, especially as a result of the increase in the elderly population. Significant challenges related to the health and well-being of the elderly are encountered. The Flamboyan Elderly Integrated Development Post is present as a form of concern from cadres in the local area who see that public health, especially for the elderly, needs special attention. The aim of this research is to determine the objective conditions of the elderly empowerment program at Posbindu Lansia Flamboyan, to understand the steps taken by cadres as facilitators in the elderly empowerment program, and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out their duties as facilitators in the elderly empowerment program. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. With data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. There were 5 participants in this research, consisting of the chairman of Posbindu, the treasurer and Posbindu cadre, the secretary and Posbindu cadre, the health center supervisor, and the elderly. The research results show that the objective conditions of the elderly empowerment program can be seen from the aspects of program objectives, place and time of implementation, elderly participation, facilities and infrastructure, activity actors, financing and program evaluation. The steps taken by cadres as facilitators consist of roles as educators, motivators, facilitation and mentoring. Cadres in carrying out their duties as facilitators have supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors are: program guidelines, support from related agencies, program outreach, community involvement. Inhibiting factors consist of: lack of public awareness, limited funds, lack of complete education, absence of health assistants.
