Abstract

Salah satu kompetensi green skills yang dibutuhkan oleh peserta didik untuk mendukung tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan yaitu environmental awareness. Peningkatan environmental awareness dapar dilakukan melalui proses pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran perlu didukung oleh model dan media pembelajaran yang tepat agar siswa dapat mencapai tujuan belajar yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe two stay two stray dan environmental awareness siswa pada aspek kognitif, psikomotorik, dan afektif pada elemen Produksi Olahan Hasil Nabati Kelas XI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) sebanyak 2 siklus. Siklus 1 dilaksanakan dengan kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas serta penilaian pada aspek kognitif, sedangkan siklus 2 dikombinasikan dengan kegiatan praktikum di ruang praktik siswa serta penilaian pada aspek psikomotorik dan afektif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK PPN Tanjungsari dengan jumlah 34 orang. Hasil penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe two stay two stray diperoleh berdasarkan hasil observasi pada siklus 1 termasuk kategori “sangat baik” dan siklus 2 termasuk kategori “sangat baik”. Hasil environmental awareness siswa pada ranah kognitif dengan N-Gain pada pretest dan posttest menunjukkan kategori “sedang”, pada ranah psikomotorik menghasilkan nilai rata-rata perkelompok dengan kategori “sangat mampu”, dan pada ranah afektif menghasilkan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan siswa dengan kategori “sangat baik”. One of the green skills competencies needed by students to support sustainable development goals is environmental awareness. Enhancing environmental awareness can be achieved through the learning process. The learning process needs to be supported by appropriate teaching models and media so that students can achieve the desired learning objectives. This study aims to determine the implementation of the cooperative learning model type two stay two stray and students' environmental awareness in cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspects in the element of Processed Vegetable Products for Grade XI. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in 2 cycles. Cycle 1 was carried out with classroom learning activities and cognitive aspect assessment, while cycle 2 was combined with practical activities in the students' practice room and assessments on psychomotor and affective aspects. The sample in this study consisted of 34 students of Grade XI SMK PPN Tanjungsari. The results of the application of the cooperative learning model type two stay two stray were obtained based on observations in cycle 1, which fell into the "very good" category, and in cycle 2, which also fell into the "very good" category. The results of students' environmental awareness in the cognitive domain with N-Gain in pretest and posttest showed a "moderate" category, in the psychomotor domain, the average group scores were in the "very capable" category, and in the affective domain, the overall average student scores were in the "very good" category.
