Abstract
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah menurunnya kinerja karyawan di PT. Dwiharta Logistindo. Penelitian ini meliputi tiga variabel, yaitu implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja karyawan. Penulis menggunakan teori perilaku organisasi dari Robbins & Judge sebagai Grand Theory. Teori ini menjelaskan tentang apa yang dilakukan individu dalam organisasi, serta bagaimana perilaku mereka mempengaruhi kinerja kelompok dan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah penurunan kinerja pegawai melalui implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 dan budaya organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif, dengan angket sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Responden berjumlah 40 orang. Penulis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh hasil bahwa: sistem manajemen mutu, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja karyawan, semuanya berada pada kategori cukup. Berdasarkan uji inferensial diperoleh hasil bahwa: 1) Implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) Implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. The problem studied in this research is the decline in employee performance at PT Dwiharta Logistindo. This study includes three variables, namely the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system, organizational culture, and employee performance. The author uses Robbins & Judge's theory of organizational behavior as the Grand Theory. This theory explains what individuals do in organizations, as well as how their behavior affects group and organizational performance. This study aims to solve the problem of decreased employee performance through the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system and organizational culture. The method used is descriptive verification, with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Respondents totaled 40 people. The author uses descriptive and inferential analysis techniques. Based on the results of descriptive analysis obtained the results that: quality management system, organizational culture, and employee performance, all are in the sufficient category. Based on the inferential test, the results showed that: 1) Implementation of quality management system ISO 9001:2015 has a significant positive effect on employee performance, 2) Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, 3) Implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system and organizational culture simultaneously has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
