Abstract
Penyelesaian masalah lingkungan yang terdampak perubahan iklim dan pembangunan proyek energi terbarukan memiliki kendala dalam aspek pembiayaan, sebab proyek tersebut membutuhkan dana dalam jumlah besar sementara sumber pembiayaannya masih terbatas. Kebutuhan dana tersebut dalam ajaran Islam dapat dipenuhi oleh dana wakaf melalui program Green Waqf. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk melihat kondisi aktual serta menguji Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) yakni menganalisis pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, persepsi kontrol perilaku, serta menganalisis pengaruh sikap sebagai variabel yang memediasi pengaruh variabel eksternalnya yakni variabel tingkat pengetahuan dan kepedulian lingkungan terhadap intensi masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam Green Waqf. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode analisis SEM-PLS. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 215. Hasil penelitian pada analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan, kepedulian lingkungan, sikap, norma subjektif, persepsi kontrol perilaku, dan intensi berpartisipasi berada pada tingkat tinggi. Selain itu, sikap, norma subjektif, dan persepsi kontrol perilaku berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berpartisipasi dalam program Green Waqf. Sementara itu, pengetahuan dan kepedulian lingkungan secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi berpartisipasi dalam program Green Waqf. Hasil temuan lain yaitu dimana sikap mampu memediasi pengetahuan dan kepedulian lingkungan terhadap intensi berpartisipasi dalam program Green Waqf. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah sikap, norma subjektif, dan persepsi kontrol perilaku memainkan peran sangat penting dalam intensi berpartisipasi pada program Green Waqf. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai pentingnya Green Waqf dan memberikan manfaat bagi lembaga pengelola Green Waqf dalam memahami intensi berwakaf sehingga dapat dijadikan gambaran dalam meningkatkan strategi penghimpunan. The solving of environmental problems affected by climate change and the building of renewable energy projects have financial constraints, because the project requires large amounts of funds while financing sources are still limited. The need for funds in Islamic teachings can be met by waqf funds through the Green Waqf program. The theory used in this research is the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). This research generally aims to see the actual conditions and test the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), namely analyzing the influence of attitudes, subjective norms, perceptions of behavioral control, and analyzing the influence of attitudes as an intervening variables for the external variables, namely the level of knowledge and environmental concern on intentions to participate in Green Waqf. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with the SEM-PLS analysis method. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS with a sample size of 215. The results of research on descriptive analysis show that the variables of knowledge, environmental concern, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and participation intentions are at a high level. In addition, attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control have a positive effect on intentions to participate in the Green Waqf program. Meanwhile, knowledge and environmental concern do not influence their intention to participate in the Green Waqf program. Another finding is that attitude is able to mediate knowledge and environmental concern on intentions to participate in the Green Waqf program. The implication of this research is that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control play a very important role in the intention to participate in the Green Waqf program. Insights from this research is expected to increase public knowledge regarding the importance of Green Waqf and to provide benefits for the Green Waqf institutions in understanding waqf intentions for helping them to enhance their fundraising strategies.
