Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Berbasis ICT dan Iklim Belajar Terhadap Efektivitas Belajar Siswa Jurusan Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran di SMK Yapsipa Tasikmalaya. Media pembelajaran berbasis ICT telah men-jadi fokus utama dalam memperbaiki proses pembelajaran di era digital saat ini, sementara iklim belajar di kelas memainkan peran penting dalam mempengaruhi motivasi dan pres-tasi siswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian explanatory survey dengan pen-dekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menjadikan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama untuk mengumpulkan data dari siswa. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari seluruh siswa jurusan Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran dengan populasi siswa fase E OTKP berjumlah 14 siswa dan siswa fase F OTKP berjumlah 21 siswa dengan total keseluruhan 35 siswa. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi berganda untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara var-iabel independen (Media Pembelajaran Berbasis ICT dan Iklim Belajar) terhadap variabel dependen (Efektivitas Belajar Siswa). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Media Pembelajaran Berbasis ICT dan Iklim Belajar Memiliki Pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Belajar siswa. Tingkat keeratan hubungan antar variabel berada pada kategori kuat berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis penelitian. Dengan demikian, Media Pembelajaran Berbasis ICT dan Iklim Bela-jar dapat dikatakan mampu memberikan peranan dalam meningkatkan Efektivitas Belajar Siswa.. This study aims to examine the influence of ICT-Based Learning Media and The Learning Climate on The Learning Effectiveness of Office Administra-tion students at SMK Yapsipa Tasikmalaya. ICT-based learning media has be-come a primary focus in improving the learning process in today's digital era, while the classroom learning climate plays a crucial role in influencing students' motivation and achievement. The research method used is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. This study uses a questionnaire as the main instrument for collecting data from students. The research sample consists of all students majoring in Of-fice Administration, with a population of 14 phase E OTKP students and 21 phase F OTKP students, totaling 35 students. Data were analyzed using multiple regression techniques to evaluate the relationship between the independent vari-ables (ICT-Based Learning Media and Learning Climate) and the dependent var-iable (Students' Learning Effectiveness). The results of the study show that ICT-Based Learning Media and Learn-ing Climate have a positive and significant influence on Students' Learning Ef-fectiveness. The strength of the relationship between the variables is in the strong category based on the hypothesis testing results. Thus, ICT-Based Learn-ing Media and Learning Climate can be said to play a role in enhancing Stu-dents' Learning Effectiveness.
