Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji masalah kepuasan kerja pegawai yang rendah di Divisi Bisnis dan Operasional pada Kantor Pusat PT BPR Lexi Pratama Mandiri yang menyebabkan banyaknya pegawai memutuskan untuk resign. Menurut Luthans (2011: 137) kepuasan kerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan fisik dan sosial budaya. Salah satu yang termasuk ke dalam lingkungan fisik adalah kantor, sedangkan lingkungan fisik kantor meliputi tata ruang dan fasilitas. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini penting untuk dikaji karena jika kepuasan kerja pegawai rendah maka akan berdampak pada penurunan kinerja. Jika kinerja pegawai menurun maka tujuan perusahaan akan sulit tercapai. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi rendahnya kepuasan kerja pegawai melalui perspektif kenyamanan tata ruang kantor dan kondusifitas fasilitas kerja pegawai Divisi Bisnis Operasional di Kantor Pusat PT BPR Lexi Pratama Mandiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini kuesioner digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data yang hasilnya diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 27. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Divisi Bisnis Operasional di Kantor Pusat PT BPR Lexi Pratama Mandiri yang berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel tata ruang kantor, fasilitas kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berada pada kategori cukup. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi berganda dengan hasil tata ruang kantor dan fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan sebesar 48,2% terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Divisi Bisnis Operasional di Kantor Pusat PT BPR Lexi Pratama Mandiri. This study examines the problem of low employee job satisfaction in Operational Business Division at the Head Office of PT BPR Lexi Pratama Mandiri which has caused many employees decide to resign. According to Luthans (2011: 137) job satisfaction can be influenced by the physical and socio-cultural environment. One that is included in the physical environment is the office, while the physical environment of the office includes spatial layout and facilities. The problems in this study are important to solve because if employee job satisfaction is low, it will have an impact on performance. If employee performance decreases, company goals will be difficult to achieve. Therefore, this study aims to overcome the low employee job satisfaction through the perspective of office spatial comfort and conduciveness of work facilities for employees in Operational Business Division at the Head Office of PT BPR Lexi Pratama Mandiri. The research method used is a descriptive survey with a quantitative approach. In this study, a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool whose results were processed using SPSS software version 27. Respondents in this study were all employees of the Operational Business Division at the Head Office of PT BPR Lexi Pratama Mandiri, totaling 30 people. The results of descriptive analysis show that the variables of office layout, work facilities, and job satisfaction are in the sufficient category. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression with the results of office layout and work facilities having a significant positive effect of 48.2% on the job satisfaction of employees of the Operational Business Division at the Head Office of PT BPR Lexi Pratama Mandiri.
