Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan Performance Assessment berbasis KKNI untuk meningkatkan akurasi penilaian kompetensi keamanan siber, khususnya Network Security Analyst (NSA). Menggunakan model Research and Development (R&D) 4-D yang terdiri dari tahap Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate, penelitian ini merancang jobsheet sebagai konten utama dalam website "JobSheetKu" untuk media praktik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Performance Assessment yang terintegrasi dengan standar nasional dan mengukur efektivitasnya melalui validitas dan reliabilitas produk serta hasil belajar peserta. Menggunakan metode uji One-Sample Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, hasil menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar. Evaluasi ini mengindikasikan bahwa performance assessment yang dikembangkan efektif dalam mengukur kompetensi keamanan siber sesuai dengan SKKNI. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas penilaian di bidang keamanan jaringan, sekaligus menyarankan perbaikan dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia untuk menghadapi ancaman siber yang terus berkembang. ----- This research focuses on the development of a KKNI-based Performance Assessment to enhance the accuracy of cybersecurity competency evaluations, specifically for Network Security Analysts (NSA). Employing the 4-D Research and Development (R&D) model, which includes the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages, the study designs a jobsheet as the core content for the "JobSheetKu" website as a practical training tool. The aim is to develop a Performance Assessment that aligns with national standards and to evaluate its effectiveness through the product's validity, reliability, and impact on learner outcomes. Using the One-Sample Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, the results indicate that the developed product significantly improves learner outcomes. This evaluation suggests that the Performance Assessment is effective in measuring cybersecurity competencies in accordance with SKKNI. The study contributes significantly to enhancing the quality of cybersecurity evaluations and offers recommendations for improving human resource development to address the ever-evolving cyber threats.
