Abstract
Kreativitas menjadi salah satu keterampilan yang penting untuk dimiliki. Namun, kenyataannya tingkat kreativitas siswa saat ini masih belum optimal. Selain itu, aksi nyata pun menjadi hal yang penting untuk dimiliki, mengingat semakin maraknya pencemaran lingkungan, khususnya terkait dengan air bersih dan sanitasi yang mampu mengakibatkan perubahan ligkungan. Maka, diperlukannya pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kedua komponen tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran proyek STEM-ESD terkait SDGs-6 (Clean Water and Sanitation) terhadap kreativitas dan aksi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian quasi eksperimental dengan desain penelitian yaitu quasi experimental design dengan model pretest and posttest design. Data diperoleh melalui pemberian pretest untuk mengetahui data awal dan dilakukan posttest setelah diberikan perlakuan. Selain itu, dilakukan wawancara terhadap guru dan siswa serta peer assessment sebagai data pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai kreativitas produk siswa yang masih berada pada angka 58. Sedangkan pada instrumen aksi menunjukkan bahwa data memiliki perbedaan rata-rata tetapi tidak berbeda signifikan (p-value (0.456) > α (0.05)) pada kedua kelompok penelitian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran proyek memberikan pengaruh yang cukup terhadap kreativitas siswa. Sedangkan pada aksi siswa terkait clean water and sanitation memberikan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan antara kedua kelompok dengan ditandai perubahan nilai yang tidak berbeda jauh. Creativity is one of the important skills to have. However, in reality, the level of student creativity is still not optimal. In addition, real action is also important to have, considering the increasing environmental pollution, especially related to clean water and sanitation which can cause environmental changes. Therefore, learning is needed to improve both components. This study aims to analyze the effect of STEM-ESD project learning related to SDGs-6 (Clean Water and Sanitation) on student creativity and action. The research method used is a quasi-experimental research method with a research design, namely a quasi-experimental design with a pretest and posttest design model. Data were obtained through a pretest to determine initial data and a posttest was carried out after treatment was given. In addition, interviews were conducted with teachers and students and peer assessments as supporting data. The results of the study showed that the value of student product creativity was still at 58. While the action instrument showed that the data had an average difference but was not significantly different (p-value (0.456) > α (0.05)) in both research groups. These findings indicate that project learning has a sufficient influence on student creativity. Meanwhile, student actions related to clean water and sanitation did not have a significant influence between the two groups, as indicated by changes in values that were not very different.
