Abstract

Green skills merupakan sekelompok keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh dunia industri saat ini. Green skills harus dimiliki oleh setiap lulusan siswa SMK sebagai calon praktisi industri. Salah satu upaya untuk mengembangkan kemampuan green skills siswa adalah dengan mengimplementasikan konsep pendidikan untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan (Education for Sustainable Development/ESD) ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Pengimplementasian ESD dapat dilakukan salah satunya melalui media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah e-modul pengolahan ubi Cilembu berbasis ESD. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran e-modul pengolahan ubi Cilembu berbasis ESD serta mengetahui peningkatan green skills siswa pada aspek kognitif, psikomotorik, dan afektif setelah menggunakan e-modul pengolahan ubi Cilembu berbasis ESD pada elemen Produksi Pengolahan Hasil Nabati. Pengembangan e-modul dilakukan menggunakan model Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation (ADDIE). Penerapan e-modul dilakukan dengan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) sebanyak dua siklus. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 34 siswa kelas XI APHP 1 SMK PPN Tanjungsari. Komponen green skills yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pengolahan ubi Cilembu dengan prinsip berkelanjutan, inovasi produk pangan olahan ubi Cilembu dengan prinsip berkelanjutan, dan pemanfaatan hasil samping pengolahan umbi-umbian. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi, bahasa, dan media menyatakan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan “sangat layak” untuk digunakan. Green skills siswa pada aspek kognitif menunjukkan hasil rata-rata dengan kategori “Tinggi”, namun peningkatan yang dihasilkan menunjukkan efektivitas dengan kategori “Rendah”. Green skills siswa pada aspek psikomotorik dan afektif menunjukkan hasil dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. E-modul Pengolahan Ubi Cilembu berbasis ESD sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan green skills siswa jika didukung dengan proses pembelajaran yang tepat. Green skills are a group of skills needed by the industrial world today. Green skills must be possessed by every vocational school graduate as a prospective industrial practitioner. One effort to develop students' green skills is to implement the concept of education for sustainable development (ESD) into the learning process. Implementing ESD can be done one way through learning media. The learning media developed in this research is an ESD-based Cilembu sweet potato processing e-module. The aim of this research is to determine the feasibility of the ESD-based Cilembu sweet potato processing e-module learning media and to determine the increase in students' green skills in cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects after using the ESD-based Cilembu sweet potato processing e-module in the Vegetable Products Processing Production element. E-module development is carried out using the Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. The application of the e-module was carried out using a two-cycle Classroom Action Research (PTK) design. The research sample consisted of 34 students of class XI APHP 1 SMK PPN Tanjungsari. The green skills components examined in this research are Cilembu sweet potato processing using sustainable principles, innovation in processed Cilembu sweet potato food products using sustainable principles, and utilization of by-products from tuber processing. The validation results by material, language and media experts stated that the e-module developed was "very suitable" for use. Students' green skills in the cognitive aspect show average results in the "High" category, but an increase showing effectiveness is produced in the "Low" category. Students' green skills in psychomotor and affective aspects show results in the "Very Good" category. The ESD-based Cilembu Sweet Potato Processing e-module is very effective in improving students' green skills if supported by an appropriate learning process.
