Abstract

Website dashboard talent management system merupakan salah satu bagian dari website dashboard dari Codex Telkom. Salah satu bentuk website dashboard TMS adalah user access management yang bertujuan untuk menambahkan akses pengguna website dashboard talent management system. Hasil dari wawancara dan juga pembagian kuesioner dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman yang dirasakan oleh pengguna, tentang pengalaman penggunaan dari website dashboard user access management. Hasil dari wawancara dan kuesioner adalah beberapa kurangnya jelas fitur-fitur dan tampilan data di dalam website dashboard, sehingga mempersulit beberapa pekerjaan dari pengguna yang ingin menambahkan akses pengguna. Ditambah beberapa data NIK ditampilkan dalam website dashboard yang merupakan data sensitif. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada fokus evaluasi dan perbaikan UX dari aspek usability dengan metode design thinking dari aspek usability ISO 9421- 11 yaitu effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction. Hasil yang diperoleh saat dilakukannya evaluasi, dengan aspek Effectiveness perolehan nilai 43%, efficiency 43%, satisfaction dengan skor SUS 42. Selain itu terdapat 7 poin perbaikan dari hasil evaluasi tersebut. Hasil dari perbaikan ditemukan bahwa hasil desain yang baru dapat meningkatkan usability website dashboard user access management, dengan hasil: aspek effectiveness meningkat menjadi 100%, efficiency meningkat menjadi 100%, dan satisfaction meningkat menjadi 82,5. Responden yang melakukan usability testing dalam wawancara berpendapat bahwa desain hasil dari perbiakna memberikan user experience dan usability yang baik dan peningkatan usability dalam penggunaan fitur-fitur dengan menggunakan metode design thinking The talent management system (TMS) dashboard is a component of the Codex Telkom website dashboard. One aspect of the TMS dashboard is user access management, which aims to add user access to the TMS dashboard. Interviews and questionnaire distribution were conducted to assess users' experiences with the user access management dashboard. The results revealed that some features and data displays on the dashboard were unclear, making it difficult for users to add access. Additionally, certain sensitive data, such as National Identification Numbers (NIK), were displayed on the dashboard. This study focused on evaluating and improving the UX from the usability aspect using the design thinking method, aligned with the ISO 9421-11 usability standards: effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. The evaluation results showed an effectiveness score of 43%, an efficiency score of 43%, and a satisfaction score of 42 on the System Usability Scale (SUS). Additionally, seven areas for improvement were identified. After implementing the improvements, the new design significantly enhanced the usability of the user access management dashboard, with effectiveness and efficiency scores both increasing to 100% and satisfaction rising to 82.5%. Respondents who participated in usability testing during interviews reported that the redesigned dashboard provided a better user experience and usability, particularly in using features designed with the design thinking method.
