Abstract
ABSTRAK PERAN MEMORABLE TOURISM EXPERINCE TERHADAP KEPUASAN WISATAWAN DI MUSEUM PRABU GEUSAN ULUN Oleh Mariyana Kusuma Fauziyyah Museum Prabu Geusan ulun menjadi wisata edukasi yang dapat meberikan informasi budaya dan tempat tersimpannya benda-benda pusaka yang bersejarah, namun masih rendah akan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan. Untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan maka dibutuhkan mengenai pemahaman apa yang diinginkan oleh pengunjung dalam meningkatkan eksistensi keberadaan Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun. Memorable tourism experience menjadi agenda penting dalam tujuan penelitian ini mengingat bahwa pariwisata pada dasarnya berbasis dengan sebuah pengalaman yang memiliki pengaruh dalam menentukan kepuasan wisatawan. Kepuasan wisatawan dirasakan ketika harapan wisatawan yang dirasakan dan dialaminya sesuai dengan ekspetasi wisatawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan survei sebagai desain penelitian. Kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling non-probabilitas dan analisis data deskriptif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan peran memorable tourism experience (X) terhadap kepuasan wisatawan (Y) dengan nilai nilai ,001<0,05.Hasil uji hipotesis t^hitung>t^tabel, 14,705 > 1,984 maka dari itu Ha diterima Temuan penelitian ini dapat membantu menciptakan strategi pemasaran Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun dengan menggunakan dimensi memorable tourism experience yang nantinya akan meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun. Kata kunci : memorable tourism experince, kepuasan wisatawan ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF MEMORABLE TOURISM EXPERIENCE ON TOURIST SATISFACTION AT PRABU GEUSAN ULUN MUSEUM By Mariyana Kusuma Fauziyyah Prabu Geusan Ulun Museum is an educational tourism that can provide cultural information and a place to store historical heirlooms, despite having low number tourist visits. To increase the number of tourist visits, it is necessary to understand what visitors need in increasing the existence of Prabu Geusan Ulun Museum. Memorable tourism experience is an important agenda in the purpose of this research, considering that tourism is basically based on experience that has an influence on determining tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction is felt when the expectations of tourists are met. The methods used in this research was quantitative method with survey as the research design. Questionairres were used to collect data from 100 respondents using non-probability sampling technique and descriptive data analysis. The finding showed that there was a significant influence of memorable tourism experience (X) on tourist satisfaction (Y) with a value of 0,001<0,05. The result of the hypothesis test of t^count>t^table was 14.705 > 1.984, therefore Ha was accepted. The findings of this research may help create a marketing strategy for Prabu Geusan Ulun Museum by using memorable tourism experience dimension which will later increase the number of tourist visits to Prabu Geusan Ulun Museum.
