Abstract

Mempersiapkan ADHK Ringan untuk memiliki modalitas bekerja sesuai dengan Standar Perusahaan, salah satunya melalui program Vokasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merumuskan dan membuat buku panduan program keterampilan vokasional tata boga berbasis Teaching Factory (TEFA). Program dibuat untuk membantu guru dalam memberikan proses pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada dunia kerja. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, program yang dirumuskan efektif dan efisien membantu guru untuk membekali modalitas bekerja pada ADHK ringan. Adanya peningkatan terhadap pengetahuan peserta didik sebesar 60%, kemudian pada keterampilan soft skill, dalam mengembangkan sikap menghormati, dan sikap mengontrol/mengekspresikan emosi, pada keterampilan hard skill masing-masing keterampilan yang diprogramkan (menimbang, penggunaan alat continuous sealer dan lem tembak), menunjukkan peningkatan hingga mencapai skor akhir 100%, yang artinya anak mampu mandiri dalam menggunakan alat. Keberhasilan ini, dipengaruhi adanya kolaborasi antara guru dengan pihak perusahaan pada proses pembelajaran. Sehingga peserta didik mampu memiliki kompetensi sesuai SOP yang berlaku di perusahaan. Preparing Light ADHK to have working modalities in accordance with Company Standards, one of which is through the Vocational program. The aim of this research is to formulate and create a guidebook for a culinary-based vocational skills program Teaching Factory (TEFA). The program was created to assist teachers in providing a learning process that is oriented to the world of work. This research method is a descriptive qualitative method. The research results show that the program formulated is effective and efficient in helping teachers to equip working modalities for mild ADHK. There was an increase in students' knowledge by 60%, then in soft skills, in developing an attitude of respect, and an attitude of controlling/expressing emotions, in hard skills for each of the programmed skills (considering, using continuous sealer tools and hot glue), shows improvement until reaching a final score of 100%, which means the child is able to independently use tools. This success was influenced by collaboration between teachers and the company in the learning process. So that students are able to have competencies according to the SOP that apply in the company.
