Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tanggapan responden terhadap kualitas komponen destinasi wisata, mengidentifikasi tingkat kepuasan wisatawan dan menganalisis pengaruh komponen destinasi wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Stone Garden Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dan olah data menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 23. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 135 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) tanggapan responden mengenai komponen destinasi wisata dinilai baik; 2) tingkat kepuasan wisatawan di Stone Garden dinilai tinggi; 3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara attraction, accessibility, dan amenities terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Namun, tidak terdapat pengaruh antara ancillary service terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Selain itu, secara simultan komponen destinasi wisata berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya, diharapkan dapat memperluas cakupan penelitian dengan menambahkan variabel-variabel lain yang mungkin mempengaruhi kepuasan wisatawan sehingga hasil data yang didapatkan akan lebih akurat pada lokasi wisata yang akan diteliti. This research aims to identify respondents' responses to the quality of tourism destination components, identify the level of tourist satisfaction, and analyze the influence of tourism destination components on tourist satisfaction in Stone Garden, West Bandung Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using IBM SPSS Statistic 23. The research sample consisted of 135 respondents with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that: 1) respondents' responses regarding tourism destination components are considered good; 2) the level of tourist satisfaction in Stone Garden is considered high; 3) there is a partial positive and significant influence between attraction, accessibility, and amenities on tourist satisfaction. However, there is no influence between ancillary service and tourists satisfaction. Additionally, simultaneously, the components of tourism destination significantly influence tourist satisfaction. Suggestions for future researchers, it is expected to expand the scope of research by adding other variables that may affect tourist satisfaction so that the data results obtained will be more accurate at the tourist location to be studied.
