Abstract
Konseling Kelompok dengan Play Therapy untuk Menurunkan Gejala Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Peserta Didik Pasca Covid-19. Individu yang merasakan suatu peristiwa yang tidak terduga serta memberikan efek pada segala aspek kehidupan tidak menjadi pengecualian menjadi bagian yang mengalami post traumatic stress disorder, sehingga diperlukan penanganan bagi individu-individu yang mengalami PTSD supaya tidak menghambat perkembangan yang tepat pada usianya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan konseling kelompok dengan teknik play therapy yang efektif untuk menurunkan gejala post traumatic stress disorder peserta didik SMA Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Kampus Cibiru pasca covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 20 peserta didik (10 peserta didik kelompok eksperimen dan 10 peserta didik kelompok control). Instrumen yang digunakan ialah instrument daftar cek masalah. Penelitian ini menghasilkan konseling kelompok dengan play therapy yang efektif untuk menurunkan gejala post traumatic stress disorder pasca covid-19 bagi peserta didik. Kata Kunci : Post traumatic stress disorder, Konseling Kelompok, Play Therapy, Covid-19. Group Counseling with Play Therapy to Reduce Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in Students Post Covid-19. Individuals who experience an unexpected event and have an effect on all aspects of life are no exception to those who experience post-traumatic stress disorder, so treatment is needed for individuals who experience PTSD so as not to hinder proper development at their age. This study aims to produce group counseling with effective play therapy techniques to reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder in students of SMA Laboratorium Percontohan UPI Cibiru after Covid-19. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group with design quasi-experimental method. The sample of this study was 20 students (10 students in the experimental group and 10 students in the control group). The instrument used was a problem checklist instrument. This research produced group counseling with effective play therapy to reduce symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder after Covid-19 for students.
